Avoid at all costs! We found bugs we never saw before in our lives! The mattresses was made out of foam to make sure you didn't sleep. The "breakfast" was just a bad name for bad service. The staff sat outside and had no clue on anything going on with the so called breakfast. It consists of 2 nearly molded pieces of bread and a piece of pure machine made cheese that made McDonalds cheese look authentic. Please do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel.

Étrangers. Hôtel à fuir. Le personnel est malhonnête et change les prix des chambres du jour au lendemain sans raison. Certaines chambres sont proposées à 180 euros et même pas dignes d’un formule 1. Ces chambres sont dans une annexe appelée cube qui est une maison particulière. Une petite escroquerie se met en place avec des étrangers

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits, idéalement bien placé et calme. Le premier petit déjeuner était très sympa, pour le dernier jour, il n’y avait pas de personnel dans l’hôtel et nous avons dû patienté 1 heure avant d’avoir le petit déjeuner. Quel dommage pour cette fausse note. Sinon, le personnel était très serviable et sympathique.

Purtroppo devo dare una stella. Appena arrivati, nella nostra stanza, c’era una macchia di umido enorme sulla moquette dovuta al condizionatore che perdeva. Abbiamo prontamente segnalato il problema, ma non avevano altre stanze e non hanno potuto ripararci il condizionatore. La stanza aveva un pessimo odore di moquette bagnata e, in più, era impossibile spegnere il condizionatore. Abbiamo dormito con acqua che colava e freddo. Per una stanza pagata oltre 500 euro per due notti è assolutamente inaccettabile. In più in camera, sulle finestre, c’era l ragnatele e sugli asciugamani capelli. Non serve aggiungere altro. Faremo richiesta di risarcimento tramite Booking.

Fantastic location and modern, clean room. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but we found a fantastic breakfast place right around the corner (le Petit cafe). Public parking spaces available nearby, but not associated with the hotel.

There was nothing massively wrong with the hotel - it is well positioned, has comfortable and clean rooms, service was fine - but for the price that’s what I was expecting.|To score better I’d have expected a decent shower, not one that was leaking, and some solution for orange juice at breakfast, not just a sign saying that there wasn’t any!|So not a bad place to stay, but it could easily be better!

We stayed here for a week. ||Service was friendly and helpful to us and everyone; staff on duty the most were Katya and Urh, who were great, and helped to make our stay enjoyable.||Our room and bathroom were clean and the bed very comfortable. The weather was hot some days, but the air conditioning in our room was effective.||The hotel has a really great location - very central, but quiet, with a small courtyard, and an easy and pleasant walk to lots of main attractions and beautiful architecture.||It's not a big impersonal hotel, so the breakfast area isn't huge. Breakfast is included (cereals, scrambled egg, cold meat and cheese and bread, pickles, mini croissants, juice). ||Good coffee from the bar - charged as extra, but not expensive.||Don't bother getting a taxi from the railway or coach station, as it's a relatively short distance and there are plenty of buses on the nearest main road.||Suggestions: |- The internet can be dicey at times and needs upgrading. |- I think they could also make clear in the room what the daily housekeeping includes (bed re-made, used towels changed, bins emptied) and doesn't include (any tidying or cleaning). |- Finally, at breakfast you can make a hot sandwich in a little panini press, but I think it would be great if they bought a pop-up toaster and placed it in a less precarious position!||None of these small matters stopped us from having a great stay. We would be happy to recommend this hotel. We'd also be happy to stay again.

The room service is not available at night. I arrived late and the AC wasn’t working, I asked the receptionist to cancel my reservation because of AC issue. They agreed to refund me but until now I didn’t receive my money back. I am waiting for more than 2 months with no luck.

Zimmer auch für 4 Personen ausreichend. Frühstück gut. Lage sehr zentral und Parkplatz wenige Minuten entfernt.

The Art Hotel is well positioned and attractive. But the service was appallingly sloppy. One man working there was the exception, being helpful and friendly. But otherwise we felt cheated. firstly, 45 minutes before the end of breakfast time there was no butter or scrambled egg left, twice. The girl in charge then seemed preoccupied with her own affairs. |At the same time the hotel exhibited the work of an artist, whose work was a delight. But the girl knew neither the prices of the prints nor if any had been sold. We felt this was a serious disservice to the artists whose poster there named the hotel as her sole exhibition site.

Super staff! I forgot my smartwatch at the room and they organized all to send back to spain by post GLS mail! Thanks a lot. Also the apartment located at CUBE was perfect for our short stay (3 days) in Ljubjiana !

Ho soggiornato presso questo hotel per una notte, letto comodo ma moquette molto ma molto macchiata, brutto effetto nel momento in cui entri in camera.|Colazione molto minimal, il dolce quasi assente.|Posizione comoda per visitare il centro della città. Noi abbiamo parcheggiato in un parcheggio a pagamento a poca distanza.

Secret gem. Not the 4 star fancy have someone carry your bags. Better. A phenomenal quiet place that feels local with comfortable rooms, plenty of space. Personal service as there are not that many rooms. Thank you Hotel Art!

🙂 I wasn't expecting to have such a great stay here. Very impressed with the bed, it was so comfy. The bathroom was also nice, with a bathtub and everything! Great value for money in the centre of Ljubljana. Shout out to the receptionist who could speak Portuguese - he was really nice :) 🙁 The breakfast was very limited but good enough if you're in a hurry.
