This place is world class. We stayed here during our honeymoon, and they made our time feel special. The rooms are immaculate and amazing, the location is in the city center with all kinds of amazing local places to check out, and the staff was incredible and beyond helpful. I can’t recommend staying here enough.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are a nice size. The bed was comfortable - not too soft. Although the hotel is located right in the historic tourist center, it is very quiet. The entire hotel is very clean and up-to-date. Lovely ambience. Nice breakfast. Welcoming hosts at check-in.

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay is this brand new (opened Oct. 2023) luxurious boutique hotel. Its location, hidden down a short passage yet located just steps from the three bridges and main square make it very convenient for strolling and seeing all the sights. You are right in the middle of things yet hidden away in a small courtyard-a perfect combination.||Our room was a jr suite and was a corner room on the second (third) floor with floor to ceiling glass on two sides, a view to the castle and a balcony with outdoor seating. The main part of the room was large with a comfortable king bed, full walking closet, a huge modern bathroom, expansive shower, double sinks and bedside electrical. Absolutely everything we look for in our travels.||Breakfast was included in our rate and featured a beautiful buffet as well as cooked to order items like pancake, omelets and eggs. There’s also an onsite restaurant by one of the worlds most acclaimed Female chefs called Jaz.||Our stay was made a bit more special by the warm hospitality of the front desk staff with Katia being especially helpful in arranging dinner reservations and transfers.||As they are located in the pedestrian zone, there it is not possible to bring a car but we were returning our rental car here anyway as the compact old town is a strolling paradise.||You can’t go wrong with a stay here. Highly recommended.

We as a Family are visiting East Europe on a 3 week holiday. Our second stage was in Ljubljana where we had booked 2 rooms at hotel AS Boutique for 8 days 6-14 Sept 2024||Management and staff of your wonderful hotel, where we stayed for 8 days, 6th - 14th Sept 2024||It was indeed a most comfortable and enjoyable stay, where everyone made us feel at home, and our requests were responded to with a smile||The breakfast was well served with a good variety||While all staff were very good, however I'd like to specifically mention a few who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and welcome.||Ms Uriska Malovrh, the ever smiling and obliging GM; Mr Jure, the multipurpose Receptionist, who was very responsive to our requests, always with a smile and a positive response; and of of course the other obliging receptionists Ms Katja, Mr Jernej and Ms Urška ||Lastly, the cheerful and smiling waitress Ms Julija, initially serving us at the breakfast room||Once again many thanks to all. ||A most comfortable and enjoyable stay, highly recommended

What's to like?|| Well, the location is ideal. You are in the heart of the pedestrian zone and only yards from the Triple Bridge and Prešeren Square (and the rainy spot). Within minutes are countless restaurants, churches, the Cathedral and all the general must see sites. Even the Castle Hill is only a short walk away. Well, the bottom of the hill; then it's a nice, forested hike up to the top.||What we really admire is that virtually every material that went into building the hotel is of the highest quality. Solid walls, beautiful floor tile work in the bath, marble walls in the shower, a very comfortable bed. There's full molding all around the top of the walls, the ceiling is not just flat but has nicely designed sections (I'm trying to think of the correct word but it's not coming to mind). We've got floor to ceiling windows that look out on a parklike setting (with even a view of the castle), drapes that easily glide shut or open. Even the shower controls are fantastic, perfectly functional and no instructions needed, you just press a button for either the rain shower or the hand held and instantly on comes the water. ||it's just nice to see a business run properly to the highest standards. Even the staff were extraordinarily helpful. Jure, the front desk manager/concierge took us under his wing and handled all our tour arrangements, restaurant reservations and gave us excellent recommendations for excursions. On the first night all we wanted was something light and he insisted on driving us to his personal favorite in his electric cart. Along the way he gave us a quick history lesson on all things Slovenian. Rather than let us have to walk to the train station (it's only a 20 minute walk but doing it at 2pm could get very hot) or take a taxi, he drove us in his little electric cart again. The service here is right up there in quality with the facility.|| This is one of the very nicest boutique hotels at which we've ever stayed.

J’ai adoré mon séjour au sein de cet hôtel ! L’emplacement, l’accueil ou le service : je n’ai rien à redire. Le petit déjeuner est incroyablement bon. Tout est à proximité, mcdo pour les flemmards juste devant. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est aussi très bon. En haut de l’hôtel il y a un jacuzzi, et des soins disponibles aussi. Que de bons points à recenser !

Checkin/out excellent. Breakfast on weekend was a bit chaotic. Rooftop terrace and jacuzzi wonderful.|Castle view rooms in summer may have no view, 203 bad, 202 good.||Arrival was wonderfully handled by a man who went off on his hold to Croatia the next day.||Dinner in Jaz restaurant on site is worth doing. We were lucky to get a booking on arrival.||Booked a Castle View room but from the large balcony of 203, no castle to be seen. If you stand well back in the bedroom there is a glimpse of the castle.|Next door 202 has an unobstructed view of the castle. Between 202 and 203 is a small balcony with table and chairs accessible from the corridor. From it I took a photo showing that 202 (which is to the right of the photographer) has a true castle view.|In winter there is probably a view from 203 if the leaves are gone.||Breakfast on the Saturday 3 August was shocking. It is in the wonderful Jaz restaurant by the Michelin chef Ana Ros. But coming down at 0945hrs to a restaurant with 4 uncleared tables was shocking. About 10 guests eating. A man and woman serving. The woman seemed incapable of clearing tables. Even when she did clear some, the male had to come and take the remainder away. When I asked the man, who seemed to be in charge, was he short-staffed, he said NO, just everybody arrived at the same time. That day the cooked meal brought to me was not what I ordered, so my wife was finished before mine came. other guests were also having to raise issues.||Sunday breakfast, same team, came a little earlier and service was improved. This time at least we were able to order hot drinks early on.||Monday the dream team was on. Male waiter from our Friday Dinner at Jaz (superb) and a different woman who was pleasant and efficient. I did mention the breakfast issues to the reception on the day we checked out.||Roof terrace is underused and amazing. Excellent views all round. Jacuzzi set at a nice temperature to get away from 30 degree heat. (26 I think). Really quiet up there since hotel is in pedestrian zone. Sunbeds and beautiful umbrellas make for a chance to get in the shade.||Room 202 was a great stylish room with excellent shower. On floor 3 are 2 or 3 rooms. One opens right out onto sun terrace for all guests. At night I could see into the bedroom, thankfully empty. Not for everyone's taste. One room will have a great view of castle.||Excellent central location stone's throw from the triple bridge. Note taxis cannot get to hotel, so there's a 100m walk or electric cart to get you and bags to/from hotel. Some construction work next door, did not affect us at weekend.||Would definitely stay here again.

Dieses neue komfortable Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage etwas versteckt in der Fußgängerzone. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein schönes geschmackvoll abgestimmtes Ambiente. Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend modern eingerichtet und verfügt über eine ungewöhnlich große Dusche. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns für das Abendessen einen Tisch in einem Top-Restaurant in der Altstadt an der Ljubljanica reserviert. Vielen Dank für die tolle Empfehlung. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Sonnenschirmen, Liegen und einem Whirlpool. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es gab neben dem kontinentalen Frühstück auch süßes und herzhaftes Fitnessfrühstück. Für Sonderwünsche gab es eine separate Karte. Der Kaffee war köstlich. Bei unserer Abreise hat man uns und unser Gepäck mit einem Elektromobil bis in unser Parkhaus zu unserem Auto gebracht. Mehr Service geht nicht. Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Ljubljana wieder hier übernachten.

Hotel nuevo con magníficas habitaciones. Situación privilegiada y personal más que amable. Desayuno un poco corto, pero correcto, con posibilidad de una Mini carta para desayunos calientes. Fantástica experiencia y es una de las opciones más recomendables para esta ciudad.

Absolutely 5 star experience. Everything about this hotel was perfection. From the greeting to the beautiful room and amenities, to the location to the breakfast! We only had one night in Ljubljana, but after entering the AS Boutique hotel, we immediately wished that we had more time there. We will be back!

The hotel was newly built and everything looked great, new and well taken care of. Had an amazing Friday evening pre-wedding apperol on top of the hotel. Great staff, nice food and drinks, and of course the amazing view of the castle (always watching over us!). Urska was also an amazing great help in the weeks/months leading up to the event. And of course, the penthouse room was amazing. Thanks a lot for the great experience and see you again soon
