Très bien placé, les chambres sont belles et bien équipée, le personnel très gentil. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner, la salle est minuscule.

Wie hier schon einige Male erwähnt, ist man von aussen erstmal nicht sehr angesn, aber dann umso positiver überrascht über die stylishen und modernen Zimmer und Bäder.Toll ist der Autoabstellplatz im Innenhof und sehr hervorheben möchten wir die super freundliche Rezeptionistin, von der wir (obwohl wir nur eine Nacht da waren) zum Abschied sogar noch ein kleines Geschenk bekamen.Was uns nicht überzeugt hat, war der sehr kleine und enge Frühstücksraum...Es war ein Gedränge und es war ungemütlich, da man sich immer irgendwie im Weg stand, sei es beim Anstehen an der Kaffeemaschine oder am kleinen Buffet. Insgesamt haben uns aber die Zimmer, die Lage und die Freundlichkeit überzeugt, so dass wir bestimmt noch einmal kommen werden, da Ljubljana eine wunderschöne Stadt ist.

Albergo nel cuore della città di Lubiana, vicinissimo al centro e alla strada principale che circonda la città. La camera è in classico stile business, molto curata e fornita di tutto. La colazione era molto completa, avendo opzioni sia dolci che salate. La struttura è inoltre dotata di un comodo parcheggio interno dove lasciare la macchina se, come nel mio caso, avete girato la Slovenia in macchina. Ho solo due critiche: la prima è che la camera era un po' rumorosa essendo sia sulla strada che a lato della sala colazione (Colpa anche mia che non ho chiesto una camera silenziosa), e la seconda è che la struttura non accetta le carte, si può pagare solo in contanti, non il massimo nel 2021. Ringrazio però tutto lo staff per l'estrema gentilezza e per l'omaggio che ci hanno fornito a fine soggiorno (Qualche bevanda per il viaggio). Consigliato se volete passare un paio di giorni a Lubiana, chiedendo però una camera silenziosa.

Personale molto gentile alla reception abbiamo sempre trovato cordialità, gentilezza e preparazione. La camera era molto bella, spaziosa e funzionale, bagno splendido. Quello che non ci è piaciuto è che non si possa pagare con le carte ma solo cash e che la nostra stanza fosse a pochi metri dalla zona colazione, ogni mattina (nonostante noi non avessimo la colazione) venivamo svegliati dai rumori della preparazione della sala, una mattina molto preso è caduto qualcosa che ha fatto molto rumore ed era come se fosse caduto lì nella nostra stanza.

Zimmer sind ganz gut, leider war 1 Handtuch nicht frisch gewaschen sondern nur zusammengelegt und es waren einige Fussel und Krümel auf dem Boden - nicht so optimal da wir mit Kind gereist sind. Und da fängt das Problem auch an. Es gibt keinen Aufzug und keinen Gehweg um mit einem Kinderwagen ins Hotel zu kommen. Die Dame am Empfang raucht und telefonierte lieber als uns zu bedienen und einzuchecken. Sie sprach sehr schlecht Englisch. Es gibt lediglich 7 Tische zum Frühstück. Wenn man gezahlt hat und keinen Tisch bekommt hat man Pech. Auch unter der Woche war viel los. Das kann nun wirklich nicht sein. Ein Herr der am nächsten Tag an der Rezeption saß war sehr nett.

Mooi, strak en stijlvol ingerichte kamer. Goede bedden en douche.||Personeel is erg vriendelijk.||De ligging is net buiten het centrum op ca 10 minuten lopen.||||Heel bijoznder is dat je bij dit hotel alleen met contant geld kunt betalen...niet meer van deze tijd zou je zeggen.||||Bij inchecken vroegen we om een rustige kamer. Het antwoord was dat kamer 106 een rustige kamer was aan het eind van de gang. Niets was minder waar. We konden de gesprekken van de receptioniste horen, tot zeker 1 uur in de nacht lawaai (auto's, vrachtwagens, pratende mensen) en vanaf 5:30 am weer. Ook hoorde we duidelijk het toilet gebruik van de andere kamers. Omdat we slechts 2 nachten verbleven hebben we voor de andere nacht niet om een andere kamer gevraagd. Wel hebben we het hier met de recpetioniste over gehad en zij heeft haar excuses aangeboden.

The best !! Recommend if you need sleep for a day or more!! They are nice to you, its very cheap and they can bring breakfast in a room!! Osebje je bilo dost prijazno, ko sem vprašal če se lahko podaljša za kakšno uro ni bilo problema, soba je bila čista. Vprašal sem za izjemo če se da dobit zajtrk v postelji in res ni bilo problema ter sem ga zjutraj tudi dobil. Priporočam!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The overall structure is more than ok, simple but well organized. However, we had a minor accident with our car: the employee we first met upon our arrival told us to park it in a spot which wasn't legal, so the next morning we had to rush to move it to another parking lot, and we also had the wipers removed in protest for the bad parking. They eventually refunded the parking fee and the breakfast as well. By the way, the breakfast wasn't that great, scrambled eggs and sausages were cold and tasteless.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, zu Fuss ist man in 10 Minuten am Prešeren-Platz. Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen, dafür hatten wir einen Stellplatz im Innenhof, für unsere Fahrräder haben wir im Haus einen Abstellort bekommen. Auch wenn das Hotel von außen unscheinbar ist: die Zimmer sind modern, sehr gut gepflegt und gereinigt. Alle Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend!

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ljubljana. Room was clean and spacious and shower was great. The touch points in the room had been disinfected and marked as so which was reassuring in covid-times. Unfortunately they only have space for a small number of cars to park, but they recommended various alternatives nearby which was helpful as we had never been to the city before. (would've knocked off only half a star for this). Breakfast was available but we didn't take it, only because we like to try out local cafes etc. We were also given a small gift on departure which was a nice touch. Would recommend the hotel to others.

Boven verwachting goed hotel met vriendelijke service. Mooie, moderne en schone kamer met een hele goede airco. Het hotel ligt aan een rustige straat en heeft een goede parkeergelegenheid (van tevoren reserveren). Op 10 minuten lopen van het oude centrum. Het ontbijt is prima en vanwege corona geen zelf service. De volgende keer dat we in Ljubljana zijn, komen we zeker terug.

Ich war einerseits von der Ausstattung sowie vom Service des Personals angenehm überrascht. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich im Innenbereich des Hotels. Das Frühstück lässt man sich keine Wünsche offen. Klein-Fein-Gut Achtung es ist nur Barzahlung möglich! Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist somit für einem Fußmarsch in allen Richtungen geeignet!
