L’Hôtel est très bien placé, le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied, le personnel est accueillant et la chambre est calme et très agréable (nous avons adoré la salle de bain). Bon rapport qualité prix|

Super schönes Hotel! Alles sauber, nettes Personal, modernes Zimmer. Frühstück ist reichlich. Corona Regeln werden im gesamten Hotel strengstens befolgt. Dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen

Super fine værelser, med en okay størrelse. Stort badeværelse, som rummer alt hvad man kan forvente. Sengen var af fin kvalitet og af god størrelse. |Værelset var en smule lydt, så man kunne høre hvad der foregik ude på gangen, ligesom aircondition ikke virkede optimalt. |Personalet var virkelig venligt og imødekommende, både ved indcheckning og udcheckning, hvor vi fik udleveret en lille goodiebag med vand, sodavand og salt fra deres kystlinje.

Virkelig god service og meget imødekommende personale. Jeg havde kun 1 overnatning, men fortrød hurtigt. Deres service er så god, så man har lyst til at blive længere. De er meget behjælpelige med alle spørgsmål og er altid smilende og varme i deres optræden. Værelser er dejlige og rummelige med A/C og moderne indretning.|Vi kommer igen!

Very nice room and clean. The problem was that they don' t accept cards only cash. When we asked they didnt say the reason. In this time with corona virus we pay everthing by card.

How this hotel got 9 from 10 on the Booking it is really mystery for me. Yes, everything is renovated and looks pretty nice. Yes, there is a parking there. Yes, staff is rather helpful. Yes they do give free water in the mornings and even special Slovenian salt as a gift... BUT Parking system is terrible - place is small, people put cars in chaos and i was really afraid that we can get blocked in the morning or smd scratches our car. Also every time when you need to go our or in with the car, you have to get out of the cars, go to reception and smb to open the barrier. Will be easier to put some surveillance camera. Breakfast. I can understand all that new coronavirus rules, that you can't touch anything, it is ok. But the place? Just 4 tables, really? And there are A LOT of rooms in hotel, but breakfast room is like the normal room. We had to wait a line almost every morning, or tried to come earlier, before other people. First day we were waiting for half and hour in a queue. So this problem was before covid and will be after. Also one working person in the breakfast IS NOT enough. Waiting in the queue, looking at the pile of dirty smelly dishes in 30 sm of you - was not ok. Also as worker who in a rush take pencil, then without gloves take dish, and touching some food... And poor poor people who has room just right near the breakfast room - i guess they can't sleep and rest at all. Because line of people is literally in front of their door. It could be better if you use some of these rooms to make your so called 'restaurant' bigger. Room. We asked the quiet room. And we got it... near another kitchen room, where noise started at about 6. Thank you, never slept worse. Besides this: One plug in the room? Really? In this time when people have phones, computers, ipads, a lot of other devices? I need to wake up in the night to change phones, to put another one to be charged. Paying just by cash at the hotel - it is another sign of greedy of the hotel... they want to use all space they want for rooms, don't think about comfort of guests. SO I guess the concept is: for one time is fine. Because hotel really don't want to smth to get back their guests. By the way, they had to ask test from us at the check in, and they didn't. So i guess there were a lot of people without test and we cannot be sure that we didn't get ill after.

Vom Hotel aus ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss in der Altstadt - und dennoch ist es dort sehr ruhig, zumindest mit einem Zimmer zum Innenhof. Von aussen ist das Haus nicht unbedingt ansprechend, aber die Zimmer sind gross, sehr gut aussgestattet (Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher) und haben ein tolles Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Parkplatz im Hof: 14 €.

Wir standen Gestern 29.06. Kurs nach 23 Uhr vor die Tür und wollten wir uns einchecken lassen, weil im Internet steht „24 Stunden Rezeption“ davon ist aber nicht die Rede. Kurz nach 23 Uhr standen die (Mitarbeiterin) Rezeptionistin auch am Eingang und hat uns gesagt, wir sollen wo anders hingehen da Sie jetzt Feierabend macht. Dass ist bis dahin gut und jeder soll Feierabend machen wann und wie er will. Aber man macht nicht Werbung mit wir haben…. „24Stunden Rezeption“ das Stimmt nicht. Sonst war Sie auch Freundlich und Sprach mit uns auf Deutsch. Trotzdem nicht empfehlenswert wenn Mann spontan unterwegs ist.
