Spa is not included in rooms price, they don’t have spa only some partners, Fitness is not included in the rooms as well, some neighbours own it sepparetly. Kinda the worst facilities for a 4 star hotel. Also slowest check in I’ve ever witnessed, 30 minutes until they can write some things from you ID. As nice Ljubliana is I wish I went to a different hotel.

The rooms were nice looking and spacious, but it was not very clean. We also found a larva on the bed and the reception did not react in any helpful way. They only offered to change the bedsheets. Also, they use misleading advertisement. The advertising makes it look like the amenities (like the gym and spa) are included. Unfortunately, to use the gym is 8 Euros per visit and the Spa is around 25 Euros for 2 hours, but you get a discount on the spa and gym is only free when you book a premium room. All in all a bit disappointing. The pillows were also far too high, not healthy for the neck.

Stayed here for 5 nights on vacation trip to Ljubljana. I have chosen the chain because of past good experience. First of all, the rooms are spacious, clean and well groomed. The room is well furnished and have everything you need. Plus, the room has nice Mountain View. So chose family room. The buffet morning breakfast was good with plenty of options but there was no hot kitchen. The location of the hotel was the only problem point I found, though there is a bus stop just at the exit of the hotel to city and intercity bus station. Overall the stay was a positive experience for my family.

I recently stayed at the Austria Trend Hotel in Ljubljana and had a mixed experience. The rooms are quite spacious, well-decorated, and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, offering a nice selection of options to start the day. The staff in restaurant is very helpful. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed linens were not changed for two days, and the floor was not cleaned properly. The staff at the reception is unfriendly, which affected the overall experience. Additionally, the extra costs for services were quite high. Parking is €30 per day, and access to the gym is €8 per person per day—services that are typically free in most hotels. The hotel’s location is convenient, being close to the highway, but there are no affordable or free parking options nearby. If you're staying for just one or two nights, this hotel can be a decent choice. However, for longer stays, the additional costs and service issues might become frustrating.

The rooms were spacious and service by staff (especially during breakfast) is excellent. The shower doors however, need some work - you can take a quick shower and have all the water on your floor. Леп хотел, собе веома квалитетне, као и купатило. Собе се редовно одржавају, мењају пешкири и чисте, а у оквиру хотела постоји спа. Мало је скрајнут, на самом ободу Љубљане, али добфо повезан аутобуским линијама.

Wir waren 2 Nächte dort und ich fahre mit einen brummenden Kopf nach hause. Ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen weil von irgendwo Musik mit richtig starken Bass kam. Ich musste 2 mal bei der Rezeption anrufen damit as Sicherheitspersonal eine Runde macht. Musik hat nicht aufgehört! es war bereits Mitternacht. Anschließend ging ich hinunter um nachzufragen ob sich jemand darum kümmert und ich wurde abgewiesen mit "er habe keine Musik gefunden". Mittlerweile war es 1h Nachts. FAZIT - wenn ihr euch ausruhen wollt, sucht euch lieber ein anderes Hotel!!! Ambiente sieht gut aus aber ist eher schein statt sein. Der Stuhl ist kaputt, Dusche war nicht richtig sauber. Holzverkleidung der Wand ist sehr wackelig. 20€ Parkplatz Gebühren pro Tag ist sowieso eine Frechheit. NIE WIEDER.

Un hôtel parfait pour votre voyage en Slovénie et votre visite de la capitale Ljubljana. Situé au nord de la ville il est à côté du stade si jamais vous devez y aller. Sinon il y a des bus qui vous amènent en 10 min dans le centre de la ville. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. Tout cela pour un prix raisonnable ! Je recommande.
