기차역에서 버스로 10분안쪽이라 접근하기도 편하고 고속도로 바로 앞이라 렌트하시는분들도 접근하기 편합니다. 호텔주차장은 하루 30유로인데 고속도로건너 걸어서 5분정도 거리의 병원건물 주차빌딩이 하루 12유로라 주차비 부담도 덜합니다(리셉션에서 위치 친절하게 알려주심). 룸 컨디션은 정말 좋고 기본 더블룸도 상당히 넓습니다. 리셉션 직원들도 정말 친절하고 1층에 오후10시까지하는 식당도 있습니다. 룸 청소도 잘해주시고 에어컨도 잘나와서 상당히 만족했습니다.

The hotel is new and with several services, including a large gym area.|Food at breakfast is not well structured (some juice on one side, then other choices on the opposite side; cereal selection a bit poor, where is the toast?).|The room was quiet and well equipped. I found a snail on the floor. The water in the shower was not going down fluently through the sink).

A fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. The reception guys/girls couldn't be more welcoming. And taking their advice on where go to, visit and eat, was a success for us. If like us, you arrive at the train station, the hotel is a quick 15min by bus, on a straight line and the bus stops opposite the hotel. In Town to use local Buses you need a card to add credit. You get it from any hotel and other places. €2 for the card, and each journey €1.30. you only need one card and can be used for two people, but you must tell the bus driver, so he charges from your card, for 2 people. Back at the hotel, it's elegant chic, a bar, a spa and big rooms. We paid extra for the breakfast and didn't get disappointed. Fabulously displayed. Very tasty and lots of choices. Again the staff there were so pleasant. It is like being on a 5* hotel, and only a hop to town. Recommended

Average experience. Nice rooms and nice atmosphere overall. We were not advised that the spa is a whooping 25$ per hour, and closed on sunday morning ?! One hour walk from the center. Bus nearby, but you can not pay by card or cash, you need to buy a specific transportation card... Will stay at the center next time, sounds way more convenient.

Parking je 15 € po danu Oprez velnes i spa se naplacuje od 25 € po osobi za 1 sat. A nigde na sajtu ni bukingu ne pise. Kao ni za parking

Albergo grande , pulito, appena arrivi ti dicono che devi spostare la macchina , devi mettere la macchina al parcheggio loro con sovrapprezzo, occhio poiché fuori non si parcheggia facilmente!!

We booked the spa package including 1 massage for 2 pers., discount to access the SPA, 1 romantic dinner and an executive room. ||Before our arrival, we tried to book massage and dinner as well as getting a confirmation that we could come with our cat. The staff was not super organized and did not provide a full answer to our questions. |They can reserve the massage but not the spa (you have to write the spa directly to book your time there). We never got an answer for the cat. ||Upon arrival we were welcomed by Amir, gatekeeper, who happened to be very kind and one of the most helpful person in the hotel. Kindly organized parking for us, helped with our journey to the city center and made great recommendations. ||During check-in, we were kindly offered an upgrade to a top floor room and informed that they will look into the possibility to remove the pet supplement as we could not get a confirmation from their side before our arrival. (Spoiler : at the end we paid).||The room was really nice, including a fluffy bed and an amazing bathroom (bath, large Italian shower, private sauna and double sink). The room had large windows offering a wonderful natural light. ||Minus : we called reception for maintenance as the mini fridge, one sink and the bathtub were broken and not useable… maintenance guy never came … ||Our time in the spa was amazing. Therapist did a really great job and really focused on making you feel good and relived. Particularly a big thank you to Bawo who really did magic. The whirlpool and saunas were very nice. Staff was on top definitely! |Even if we booked 3h of spa access after 2h we had enough, the spa charged us only for the 2h we spent. |Tip: book a massage + spa access for not too late in the day and not during weekend to enjoy some privacy. ||There is a gym in the hotel (you pay extra to access it) but it was a very nice one. Large with plenty machines. ||Breakfast was good and offered a large choice of classic continental food. ||Restaurant of the hotel was probably the biggest disappointment. Food was nice but it is not a restaurant but rather a lounge sportive bar. Not ideal for a so called romantic dinner… |Do not expect romantisme there … really not at the level of the rest of the hotel and experience.||General : the hotel was really nice and we spent a wonderful time as a couple. |It has the potential to be excellent but sadly, could not make it due to the romantic dinner that was not one and the maintenance issue.
