Excellent hotel in this price range. We are surprised by the cleanliness of the room. It has been updated as it feels fresh. We also enjoyed the breakfast. It was varied: salmon, different types of salami, prosciutto and sausages. 6 egg options, lots of cheese and even Japanese bao. The hotel is equipped with a gym and a beautiful spa. This is a great place to stay and experience comfort.

Katastrofa! V hotelu s petimi zvezdicami pijem kavo v plastičnem kozarcu.😡

Ker si želimo vsakodnevnega napredka in strmimo k popolnosti so vsi komentarji dobrodošli, predvsem so nam v pomoč pri izboljšanju naših storitev. Obžalujemo vašo neprijetno izkušnjo glede načina postrežene kave. Strinjamo se, da kava postrežena v papirnatih lončkih ni istega okusa kot tista v porcelanu. V času vašega obiska smo v hotelu imeli organizirano plesno tekmovanje, katerega se je udeležilo ogromno število plesalcev, spremljevalcev ter ljubiteljev plesa. Zaradi dogodka smo zato prilagodili odpiralni čas Winners Lounga in okrepili gostinsko ekipo ter posledično poskrbeli, da je velika večina obiskovalcev dogodka bila zadovoljna. Ne da bi iskali izgovore bi vseeno ob tej priložnosti radi omenili, da je hotel v zaključni fazi pridobivanja certifikata Zeleni ključ (Green Key). Certifikat Zeleni ključ je vodilni standard odličnosti na področju okoljske odgovornosti in trajnostnega delovanja v turistični industriji v globalnem obsegu. Ta prestižni okoljski znak pomeni zavezanost podjetij, da spoštujejo kriterije, ki jih je določila mednarodna fundacija za okoljsko vzgojo. Ker smo v hotelu tranjnostno naravnani v naših prostorih kave ne boste pili v plastičnih kozarčkih. Kavo vam bomo po želji postregli v eko razgradljivem papirnatem kozarčku. Ottimo hotel a Ljubljana. Servizi eccellenti, personale professionale, gentile e disponibile. Stanza doppia bella, comoda, pulitissima e vista piacevole. Sono rimasta colpita dai dettagli come l'asciugacapelli vero, il bodylotion in bagno, il wc separato, la bottiglia d'acqua omaggio, il pettine di legno. Sono molto esigente riguardo i letti negli hotel, posso dire che il loro è veramente ottimo. Temperatura della stanza facilmente controllabile, insomma, pienamente soddisfatta. Si può muovere con i bus, la fermata è proprio avanti. Dal centro a piedi si sta circa 40 minuti, in bus 15 minuti. I bus sono sicuri, puliti e passano spesso. Intorno all'albergo ci sono tanti ristoranti. Io purtroppo non sono riuscita a fare colazione perchè ero lì per lavoro e sono andata via molto presto... spero di tornare presto e provare! 😄

Very bad experience. The snack bar was half empty when we get into room and they try to charge us for that.

Perfect place when you stay in Ljubljana. The problem is that for all activities in the hotel, from the gym to the spa center, you have to pay extra, which is a very bad message.
