I was in Ljubljana for a conference and stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and I had a very nice time there. The hotel is very nice and elegant. The rooms are big and cosy. There is a big Tv with a lot of programms on. The room has mini bar, water heater, cups, and coffee and tea bags. The bathroom is also big with plenty od towells and products for everyday hygiene (soap, body wash, hair shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion) and hairdryer. The bathtub is quite high so you should be carefull while entering/exiting. The breakfast is very nice and diverse, but the same every day. The pancakes with chocolade are very popular breakfast choice. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and offers great breakfast with various things like e.g. avocado cream which is very rare to have in most hotels. The only disturbing thing was the very slow WiFi but that something I could live with for one night so still 5 stars from me. Proffessional and very friendly staff as well.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Zeer goed ontbijt. Proper en ruime kamers. Aan grote weg maar met ramen dicht geen enkel lawaai. Zeer goed geslapen. Er is een rechtstreekse bus naar centrum. In hotel kan je bus tickets kopen. Bus stopt voor het hotel. 20 min bus. Er is een bar met buitenterras

The location is not central but is within walking distance from the city center, also you can use taxi or local buses. This hotel is very popular for events. During all 3 days there was at least 2 parallel events. Despite that there is plenty of room for all in all the areas. Anti COVID measures are in respected there are hand sanitizers all other the palaces. The rooms are clean and large, and the breakfast is good. Access to the airport is good, the bus stations are near by. Plenty of elevators to take you to the floor. The restaurant is quite popular for the locals too, there are costumers up to the late night. The staff is very polite and receptive to all your needs. During check in I asked for iron and desk and by the time I reached my room all the items was at my room door. I asked for late check out and all was arranged no bother. Overall it was a good experience for me.

Don't know about hotel much, but the review goes for there Souna and Massage part of business that is located in K2 of the hotel. The staff is really profesional, Tai massage is great and sauna place is also good. The prices are high, but the ambient + massages and saunas are worth it. The only thing I didn't like is parking space. It is close to the hotel but also as costumer of their business you need to pay it. Thats why I gave 4 star review. Recommend it
