Questo hotel conferma la mia convinzione, fondata su esperienza diretta, che i 4 stelle sono quelli che hanno i maggiori disservizi. ||Forse dipende dal fatto che ho delle aspettative superiori rispetto ai 3 stelle, ma penso che il problema sia che generalmente i proprietari non investono abbastanza nelle risorse umane.||Il problema che ho avuto con questo hotel è stato l’overbooking. Non dovrebbe capitare in questo tipo di strutture ed, in più, avevano i contatti ed il modo per avvisarmi della situazione e studiare per tempo una soluzione consona, non all’ultimo momento davanti alla reception.||Inizialmente mi hanno offerto un accomodamento alternativo assolutamente inaccettabile (se non offensivo) e, solo dopo estenuanti discussioni, siamo arrivati ad una soluzione abbastanza soddisfacente.||Segnalo inoltre che l’operatore logitravel.it, che ha curato la prenotazione, non risponde alle telefonate e alle email di richiesta assistenza.

Stay was good but Air condition wasn’t working and we felt almost 30 deg inside rooms. Morning breakfast options were very less. Otherwise hotel is located near bus stop where you can have easy access to all the city spots.

Very nice hotel. Not exactly the cheapest one in town but with a good value for what you pay. Modern rooms with a very well maintained. Everything very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super friendly staff. Quick checkin/checkout. Not too far from the center, you can even walk in less than 30 minutes.

Schönes sehr sauberes Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel. Das Personal durchwegs freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Frühstück sehr gut obwohl bei 4 Sternen S wäre noch Luft nach oben. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb aber mit dem Bus ist man in gerade mal 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel und ist wirklich günstig.

Rooms were boiling hot with no air circulation and the hotel's manager told me the air conditioning system in the building would take 4 days to turn on and they don't weren't going to do that until next month. I asked for a fan, which request they rejected without explanation. I had to go out and buy my own fans at the store. The staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic. I was moved across the hall to an equally hot and muggy room and then the manager refused to even get on another call with me. Again i was refused a fan without explanation. This is not a 4 star hotel.

According to the weather and temperature conditions during the winter and spring season here in Ljubljana, the system provide fresh air and heating only. We are adapted to Slovenian conditions and, like most hotels in Ljubljana, we can provide heating or cooling (both are not possible at the same time). The hotel receptionist and the hotel manager explained this matter to you on the day of your arrival at the hotel. On the day of arrival at the hotel you were moved to a room facing east (these rooms are cooler) but unfortunately we could not meet your expectations in temperature regards for which we deeply apologize. As it has already been explained to you, we will start cooling the rooms this week, when the night temperatures will not drop below 10 degrees.
