Dear Mr. Borbiro, We feel terrible you were not able to enjoy your stay with us and I can assure you we hold ourselves to a much higher standard. I kindly ask you to allow me to explain a few of the issues you mentioned in your complaint. The minibar is not filled for safety reasons. Unfortunately, due to the extremely low occupancy of the hotel, we were forced to close the operation of catering establishments within the hotel and consequently also room service delivery on certain days (weekends) until further notice. In regards to breakfast room appearance - we have already changed the look of the breakfast room and at the same time we sincerely apologize for the inappropriate appearance you came across when you had breakfast with us. We typically do whatever it takes to recover and satisfy our guests and I’m so sorry it didn’t happen on your visit. We really are better than this and hope you find it to get us a second chance in the future (I’m informed, you have spoken to our Upper Management regarding your unsatisfactory stay).
