מלון עם שרות גרוע. חוסך על האורחים. אין בחדר קומקום להכין שתיה חמה, קיבלנו בחדר כוס שבורה. חברים בחדר אחר ביקשו נייר טואלט - הגיע אחרי יומיים. מאכלס קבוצות המוניות כך שאי אפשר להנות מארוחת בוקר שקטה וגם המיקום של המלון לא אטרקטיבי. שוכן באיזור משרדים משעמם. בקיצור - חפשו מקום אחר.

He estado 3 noches alojada en este hotel, incluído en el circuito por Eslovenia y Península de Istria. siendo el tipo de funcional, y práctico para este tipo de estancias aunque algo alejado del centro pero bien comunicado por autobús.||Habitación amplia y limpia, aunque con camas algo algo pequeñas, y cuarto de baño con bañera, algo alta para mi gusto.||El servicio de desayuno y cena es tipo bufef algo repetitivo pero abundante.||Buen servicio wifi con covertura tanto en la habitación como en los espacios comunes.

I liked: · Soundproof windows and rooms (we couldn't hear our neighbors at all and we thought there's no one there until we met in hallway and saw them going in the room after breakfast) · Really comfortable bed and pillow · Breakfast (there's really everything for every type of preference/diet/allergy) · Large rooms · Clean · Ok location, convenient bus stop right across the street, also cheap taxi (6€) to get to center or bus/train station · Supermarket Mercator right next to the hotel · Winner bar with delicious burgers at ground floor I didn't like: · TV was old, you can't connect your USB or laptop with HDMI to watch your own shows (only supports old component cable · Fitness is not included in the room rate

Tijdens een stedentrip gebruik gemaakt van dit hotel. Het hotel is per auto goed te bereiken vanaf de snelweg en beschikt over eigen parkeerplaatsen. De kamers zijn royaal en luxe ingericht met uitstekende sanitaire voorzieningen en hebben een mooi uitzicht over de stad. De service is goed. Prima ontbijt.

Dejlig stort værelse med en god seng og badekar. Velfungerende WiFi. God morgenmad med et bredt udvalg. ||Beliggende 4-5 km fra centrum. Der tilbydes gratis shuttleservice et par gange om dagen - men der er kun plads til 7 mand, så det er godt nok få mand på så stort et hotel, som får den gode. Vi mødte op til shuttlebussen kl. 19, og der kunne vi ikke få en plads og måtte tage bilen ind til centrum. ||Da vi ved udtjekningen ville betale for den ene ting, vi tog i minibaren, fik vi at vide, at den havde vi jo allerede betalt for via værelsesprisen - det havde været rart at få ar vide ved indtjekningen i stedet. Så vi faktisk kunne have benyttet det.

קיבלנו חדר עם מזגן מטרטר ורועש. לא היו מוכנים להחליף חדר... לא היה סבון בחדר רחצה. הטלפון הפנימי ללובי לא עובד... לא ממליץ לאף אחד להתקרב לכאן.

Tur sırasında konakladığımız ikinci trend hoteldi ilki gibi bu da oldukça iyi bir oteldi kahvaltısı gerçekten çok bol ve doyurucu. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte hatta Avrupa standartlarına göre büyük bile sayılabilir. Merkeze taksi beş on dakika mesafede

Aufgrund eines Problems in unserem eigentlich gebuchten Hotel wurden wir kurzerhand in der Austria Trend Hotel in Ljubljana umquartiert. Ob es an diesem Umstand lag, weiß ich nicht, aber der Empfang vor Ort war wenig freundlich und sehr distanziert. Wir bekamen unsere Zimmerkarte, die nötigsten Informationen und könnten dann das Zimmer beziehen.||Unser Doppelzimmer im vierten Stock war derweil völlig in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung hatte zwar ihre besten Tage schon hinter sich und alles wirkte ein wenig abgewohnt, aber dafür war das Zimmer geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Auch der Schlafkomfort war gegeben. ||Das Frühstücksbüffet am Morgen bot derweil eine recht große Auswahl verschiedener Getränke und Speisen. Allerdings wirkte das meiste davon qualitativ leider nicht sehr hochwertig. Die Säfte schmeckten sehr dünn und künstlich und das Obst hatte so gut wie keinen Geschmack. Satt wurden wir aber trotzdem. ||Insgesamt war unser zweitägiger Aufenthalt im Austria Trend Hotel in Ordnung, aber eben auch nicht mehr. Wir hatten uns bewusst bei der Planung unserer Reise nicht für dieses Hotel entschieden und würden es wahrscheinlich auch wieder nicht tun. In Sachen Freundlichkeit ist sehr viel Luft nach oben und auch die Zimmereinrichtung könnte ein Facelift vertragen. Vom Auftreten her gibt man sich im Hotel mondän und wie in einem Luxushotel, was auch eine Tafel mit berühmten Gästen in der Lobby zeigen soll, aber bei den Basics verliert man gleichzeitig leider wichtige Punkte. |

the hotel is ok but the staff is really bad.We had booked 2 rooms for one day and after a few hours i asked for two more rooms for next day and they said to me that there are no rooms awailable so we decided to leave but while looking at booking we found the rooms that the hotel told me that they dont have.So finnaly we stayed at the hotel and the personel from the reception was saying stupid things....When i asked for the manager they didnot give him to me.

Not much to fault with this one. Standard 4 star hotel with superb breakfast. Very good in between room soundproofing or we didn't have any neighbours during our stay. Stayed at 7th floor not facing the main road so no outside noise as well. We hesitated to book it because it isn't in the city centre but Ljubljana buses run on time, and we got there in about 10 min with numbers 6&11 (bus stop across the street). Only minus is old dated type of TV, not something you see that often in a 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel. Was very busy with tourists. We were later than normal, but our rooms weren't ready yet. Edit 22-july Both my colleague and I received room keys for already occupied rooms. It was a surprise for us, but imagine being woken up at 6 in the morning when you think you're safely sleeping in a hotel? Not acceptable. I leave the score at 3 stars since it's otherwise a decent hotel.

Excellent establishment in every way, like pretty much all other Austria Trend Hotels, with a special note of Slovenian hospitality! Love the rooms, love the breakfast very much and especially love all those nice and friendly personel working there. I would just suggest to the management to arrange somehow a free of charge fitness center for their guests, because such a high edge hotel should have this possibility, as I've seen on many examples all around the world! :)
