I have to write a bad review because these are issues that have been ongoing for years and management is completely ignoring people's complaints. I've been staying in this hotel for years ( a few weeks per year). Although I love most of this establishment and the people, the WiFi reception in the rooms is terrible. I'm using an iPad pro 11. On the edge of the bed the signal is very weak. If you sit on the other side of the bed the signal is non existent. Complaints have been extensive but the results are always the same. It's sad because the solution to this problem is very simple. Another serious problem for me is the the garbage collection on weekdays. There are about 20 large garbage containers in the back of the hotel and it takes the garbage truck about 10 minutes. This is happening at 6-6:30 in the morning. Totally unacceptable for such a hotel. I'm sure they could talk to the municipality and find a different solution but nobody seems to care. Other than that, it's a great hotel

Csoda szép szálloda,kedves figyelemre méltó alkalmazottak,a reggeli kívàló!!Egy bajom volt az a parkolás hogy egy napra 10ezer forint azaz 30 euró az kicsit probléma és szerintem nem helytálló.Ezen kéne vàltoztatni!!És még egy nagy probléma hogy vasárnapra kértünk takaritást ami sajnos elmaradt!!!!

We have limited parking spaces around the hotel, so unfortunately if you do not reserve parking and we are fully booked, we do have two parking garages available for you to use. Then the nearest option to park is a public garage called Smelt/WTC which is 30€/24h. As it is not owned by us we sadly don't have the influence for their prices. Nice rooms with a good view. Unfortunately kids cant use the wellness area.
