el hotel está un poco lejos del centro, 10 muño tos en coche, las habitaciones son muy amplias , las camas muy cómodas , las sábanas muy suaves. el bufet del desayuno muy completo. Al ser una torre en los pisos altos hay buenas vistas . El personal amable.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit geräumigen Zimmer und toller Einrichtung. Die Mitarbeiter waren absolute Spitzenklasse! Da wir mit einem Hund anreisten, wurde für unseren Hund extra ein Hundebett aufs Zimmer gebracht sowie eine Tüte mit leckerlie etc. Leider waren die Parkplätze vor dem Haus schon vergeben, weitere Parkplätze waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, allerdings mit 30€ pro Nacht, nicht gerade günstig.

Sehr schönes, modernes und geräumiges Hotelzimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Für den Preis hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Parkplatz ist nicht inkludiert und kostet 20€, dafür dass man dann im nicht beleuchteten Hinterhof steht. Videoüberwacht ist nur die Einfahrt, nicht die Stellplätze. Wirkt nicht sehr sicher.

the room is good, clean,AC not cold, bathroom wary slippery and no nonslip pads.my wife take shower after 12 hours long flight and when she gat in the tub she fall and injury head and knee. We report to the hotel personal no response from anyone. Only response from cleaning lady ,every room had to have nonslip pads. This one didn't have. Next morning when to reception to pay parking,Mr.Miha Novak want charge me 2 night stay additionally after my stay was paid in advance. After few minute explaining to Mr. Novak that my stay is paid and why traying to charge again and saving my CC in system he said all what I'm doing we learn from Americans. Thanks guys for service like this. Customer service in hotels in America are definitely good and they taking responsibility. Austria hotel good hotel, bad customer service and 0 for customer service.

Όλα τέλεια. Ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία που έχω πάει. Δωμάτια μεγάλα και καθαρά. Πρωινό παρά πολύ πλούσιο. Καλή τοποθεσία με εύκολη πρόσβαση στα λεωφορεία
