Dear Viktor, as we've already explained and answered your review on booking.com. We have a system that notifies the staff each time a guest enters the breakfast room and they then come right away to help guests. You've entered the breakfast room through the delivery door which was unlocked for delivery, went through one more back door room and managed to get to the breakfast room. No one even knew you were in the breakfast room because you went through a door you were not allowed to enter. Once the staff noticed you they refilled the buffet. And you most certanly did not get leftovers, there was just no eggs left at the buffet when you found your way to the breakfast room. Then the staff made you fresh eggs.
