Der Service war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber. Allerdings nicht mehr das neueste Hotel. Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit. Keine Auswahl. Obst und Gemüse nicht frisch. Kaffee nicht trinkbar.

Von hier aus erreicht man die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt fußläufig. Parkplätze sind leider quasi nicht vorhanden (4 Stück für das ganze Hotel). In der Straße kann man gegen eine Gebühr von 1,30 Euro pro Stunde von 07-19 Uhr parken. Nachts ist das Parken kostenlos. Frühstück war ok aber nichts besonderes. Der Teppich im Zimmer und auf den Fluren war fleckig.

This hotel is located very close to the city centre and some interesting touristic places, such as the Ethnographic Museum towards the opposite side. It is a BB type of hotel and the services it provides are quite vast. I found it to be fairly good.

Hotel ima odlično lokacijo, v neposredni bližini centra mesta, a vseeno v zelo mirnem okolju. Kompleks je obnovljen, terasa nudi osupljiv pogled na mesto, sobe so dobro opremljene in izjemno čiste, postelje udobne, zajtrk okusen, predvsem pa jih odlikuje prijazno osebje na recepciji in drugod! Izkušnja je neprimerno boljša od drugih hotelov iz te verige po Evropi.

Great location and view from rooftop. Rooms were fine. Unfortunately, we had cold water during our stay due to local municipality issues. Not the hotels fault but it wasn't pleasant.

Good value for money. Parking places at the hotel are very limited. The location is at the edge of the pedestrian zone of downtown Ljubljana.

Wir hatten mit unserer großen Gruppe eine richtig tolle Zeit in diesem sehr zentral gelegenen Hotel. Die Lage ist super und auch die Verpflegung im Hotel (wir hatten Frühstück und auch Abendessen gebucht) war toll. Da konnte niemand hungrig bleiben! Die Zimmer sind groß, schön und modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wer einen Städtetrip nach Ljubljana plant, sollte das B&B Ljubljana Park unbedingt zur Übernachtung buchen, da die tolle Dachterrasse mit Weitblick über diese schöne Stadt ideal abrundet.

Sono la capogruppo di un gruppo che ha soggiornato nel Vostro hotel una notte. HOtel basico, ma questo è stato un errore di sopravalutazione da parte nostra. Camere piccole e bagno altrettanto. Pulite alcune altre un po meno. Grande mancanza del telefono nelle camere per cui non si poteva nemmeno predisporre la sveglia di gruppo. nota dolente il personale alla reception maleducati, scortesi, indisponenti e per nulla collaborativi. Soprattutto una ragazza Sharon molto seccata. Ho assistito anche ad una scena di suo comportamento per nulla professionale con un altra Tour Leader. non si possono mettere alla reception persone del genere. Il nome del ragazzo non lo ricordo ma era altrettanto indisponente, hanno avuto da ridire con la mia guida slovena...... Nota positiva il ristorante, soprattutto il personale del ristorante. Gentilissimi cordiali molto professionali. Cena buona ma loro soprattutto hanno fatto la differenza. Sicuramente come gruppo non alloggeremo più in quella struttura come gruppo. Forse va bene per studenti. Oppure dovreste cambiare gli atteggiamenti alla reception.

Tolles Hotel! Ideal für einen Besuch in Ljubljana. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe da und das Hotel hat professionell alles abgewickelt! Perfekte Lage, top Ausstattung, sehr schöne und komfortable Zimmer! Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir hatten auch zwei Abendessen, die qualitativ sehr hochwertig waren! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!
