Hotel accogliente a pochi passi dal centro. Camere comode e spaziose. Bagno un pò troppo piccolo inoltre la porta scorrevole non è il massimo della privacy. I cuscini del letto non erano il massimo della comodità. Colazione buona e abbastanza fornita. Prezzo nella norma.

Angajata hotelului a stricat toata odihna din Slovenia pentru toată săptămâna. Ne-a cazat timp de 40 min, ne-a pus suma de 80€ pentru o noapte ( chiar daca pe afișul lor scrie 59€ pe noapte), dupa care ne-a anunțat ca micul dejun intră în preț cu adaus de 15€. După observația mea despre faptul ca prețurile nu corespunde afișelor lor, doamna mi-a spus că dacă nu ne convine putem sa plecăm în altă parte și sa nu ținem rândul, dupa care a început sa vorbească cu alți clienți. Un loc foarte neplăcut !

B&b hotel was a very good option for staying in Ljubljana. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and service was good. Booking on their website is better option because you can get very good breakfast for a good price. There were some issues with parking but on Sunday it was free in certain areas. We were accommodated at the 12th floor and after we opened the windows for some fresh air we had a problem with closing them. It was a problem because we were with our children. After asking reception they came to close the windows. I think that these windows should be fixed.

Best hotel in Ljubljana. Rooms are nice and clean. They have rooftop sitting with good city view. Breakfast was wonderful and lot of options. Staff is very helping in nature. You can keep luggage there in locker if you are early or want to leave late. Rates are affordable. Just walking distance from various attractions in Ljubljana. Lot of restaurants nearby.

Located very centrally and with most of amenities close by. The place was really really clean which is extremely important to me as a guest. All the staff working there are ver polite and professional. The rooms however, do not have a fridge inside (not a major issue, if you want something to be refrigerated the hotel can store it for you). Another thing i did not like much is that after 3pm you can only have a coffee from a vending machine since no coffee machine is in your room neither the hotel restaurant works.

I am a frequent traveler due to my work and stayed in plenty of hotels. This kind of attitude I’ve never experienced in my life. This hotel I chose because of the location. The rest is just out of this world - cleaning service is horrible, no fridge in the room, the room is small, you enjoy all the noise in the corridors and it’s impossible to sleep. It is full of school age crowd, who behave disgusting! But the worst is the stuff. Particularly the blond called so lady at the reception, who acted crazy - absolutely rude, aggressive and inexplicably hostile manner when I asked her to send the cleaning. When I was checking out, a manager started banging the door half an hour before I was supposed to leave. I am really shocked how management of this lovely hotel allow such disbalanced persons contact with the guests. Worst of the worst.

Clean and comfortable room with a pleasant view of the streets. Was happy to see sun rise from amidst the mountains far way (visited in beginning of april). Shower cap and liquid soap was provided with the toiletries. Some news channels are available in the smart TV. Breakfast was average as there were not much variety ( for us vegetarians). Staffs are very attentive. There is bee-keeping place on the 12th floor terrace for guests to visit for free.
