They invent damage to the furniture and charge it. The previous management was much better. We used to come every year, and we never had any problems like this, except now. I don't think it's right for the hotel to invent damages that haven't been done, and especially to charge for them expensively.

Чудовий готель для транзитного проживання. Ввічливий персонал, смачні сніданки, чисто,гарне розташування. Запропонували паркування за €10 за добу. Вцілому ми були задоволені і якістю і ціною.

Rooms are clean and nice, location of the hotel is a big plus -you are 5 to 10 minutes walk from city center. Breakfast is also good. Location of the hotel also forces you to pay city parking as hotel does not provide parking. We were on the 12th and last floor of the hotel so WiFi didn’t work at all. Would recommend for a few days trip to Ljubljana for those who don’t arrive with their personal vehicle.

They accused us of breaking a bed and made us pay 85 euros. Also the receptionist was really rude. Our TV was not workingg properly. Furthermore when we arrived we had to wait for hours for our rooms to get ready.

I do not recommend to anyone||they blamed us for something we didn't do. We waited too long for the rooms, the elevator didn't work often, so we had to use the stairs from the sixth floor. The receptionist is very unpleasant. One thing that was good was the pastries in the hotel.

We were charged 80e for the already broken bed in our room. We could see that it was loosely repaired multiple times with a staple machine. Then when we asked for a manager, they were not able to provide one, even though the receptionist, Sharon, first stated that we will see them. Otherwise what could've been a great stay was ruined in a matter of minutes, thanks to the incompetent staff at the hotel.

This was my first time out in this hotel and I went with my friends. My friend was charged a deposit for a broken bed that they didn't break. horrible experience. The lady at the reception was not very understanding.

We had visited this hotel for a school trip and at first it had been a pleasant experience until the hotel staff accused one of our friends of breaking his bed and he got paid a hefty deposit.The reception wasn’t understanding at all.

People on reception are extremely rude

I have been a regular guest of the hotel over the last 10 years, leading various groups of high-school students for study trips. It has always been a pleasant place to stay with a touch of mutual respect until the last time. Starting from a rude lady at the reception desk prone to aggressive tantrums, all the way to a very dubious damage deposit practice, this time my experience was very bad. Particularly the last point is important. One of my students had to pay at the end of the trip for the damage that he allegedly caused when he fell through the wooden construction of the bed. On the first sight we saw that it is an old bed where the broken part has been loosely repaired with a staple machine. Certainly, we paid the alleged damage but the hotel did not want to provide us with a detailed bill that would describe the damage and the procured repair services. Instead, they gave us a bill where just the word 'damage' is written. In my opinion, this is an unacceptable practice for a serious hospitality business. We tried to contact the manager, but she was unresponsive over the course of three days.

I arrived early, but my room was ready and check-in was quick. My room was large, clean, it had a bit of a view and it was very quiet. The location is not in the middle of everything but you can still walk to the train station or old town in less than ten minutes. The breakfast was fine.
