We reserved a room for 3 nights more than a month in advance yet they gave us one of their older rooms, not yet renovated. Apart from the old look that was not as advertised or mentioned while booking, there was also no fridge so we could not even keep our water cold. We were able to give everything that needed to remain cool to the desk clerk, but this is just an unnecessary hassle. Breakfast was acceptable, but not great by far: the buffet near the terras had less options and was always near empty, forcing us to join the line for the 'main' buffet that also was not refilled timely, just as the fruit baskets, even though breakfast hall was not fully occupied. If you have that many rooms in your hotel you should anticipate more. The staff was friendly though, and the room was kept clean and air conditioned.

Nosotros alquilamos dos habitaciones durante dos dias y en una de ellas no hicieron la habitacion ningun dia. Les falta personal y no reponen a tiempo en el desayuno, hay muchos clientes. Las habitaciones sencillas pero estan bien. Costaba mucho cambiar los canales de la television.

Honest proposition and loyal to the green principles it adverts. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location in walking distance from downtown. About not cleaning the room, you have to ask and they will do it... (it took me a few days to realize it...)
