Great hotel well situated in the center of town. All the restaurants, shops and sights within easy walking distance. The rooms are on the small side but well appointed, clean and modern. Everything including the bathroom is clean and neat. The fitness accommodation is on the small side but generally I've not experienced big crowds there and it is also wel equipped, so it suffices. Breakfast is also excellent with a huge spread of everything your heart may desire in the morning and the staff is polite and friendly. A minor point: for some reason the rooms are always quite warm, even in winter.

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms are unfortunately quite run down, the shower water pressure is so low that it's almost impossible to rinse off the soap off your body. The breakfast is really good with wide selection of things, but the hotel lacks a restaurant which is a big minus.

Отличное расположение отеля. Удобные кровати и подушки. Из плюсов пожалуй все. Вай фай в номере не работал, постоянные перебои с интернетом. В данный момент в отеле ремонт. Постоянные звуки дрели и прочее. Особенно неприятно во время завтрака сидеть в этом шуме. На коврах в номерах пятна. Персонал приветливый.

Hotel has an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. It offers easy access to the river, bridges, shops, and transport links, including a convenient shuttle from the airport for twelve euros per person and a thirty-minute ride. The breakfast is also enjoyable, with good coffee and a nice variety of food options. In terms of the room, the size is decent, and amenities like bathrobes, toiletries, and plenty of towels are a nice touch. You also get a complimentary bottle of water. While the Wi-Fi is not particularly fast, it’s sufficient for most basic needs. Hotel has also gym and sauna. However, several issues affect the overall experience. The room temperature is a major problem—the air conditioning only blows cold air, making the room uncomfortable, especially with outside temperatures at 13°C, and the hotel seems unable to fix this. Additionally, you’ll need to wait a few minutes for hot water if you wake up early. The breakfast area is accessible only through a cold, wooden tunnel outside the building, which feels strange and inconvenient, with no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel. The minibar prices are quite high (twenty-two euros for a small bottle of wine), and there’s a technical issue with the Wi-Fi showing Chromecast from other rooms, which is a privacy concern. The phone to call reception doesn’t work, so guests need to use WhatsApp to communicate with staff. Noise insulation is also poor—you can hear your neighbors in the bathroom and everything happening in the corridor. To make matters worse, construction work on the floor starts as early as 8 a.m., with constant drilling during the day, again without any notice or apology for the disruption.

We couldn't be happier with our choice. The hotel couldn't be better located, you are a few steps from most of the emblematic places, and those that are a bit further, you can easily reach them by bus (you have the bus stop one minute walking from the hotel). The room it's ok in size (was a comfort one). But definitely it's really comfortable, and you really get an awesome rest after a day of walking and visiting places non-stop. The bed is awesome, giant and comfy, and those pillows, you'll love them. You have free coffee and tea in your room, as well as a daily bottle of water, and I couldn't appreciate more this details. Also lots of amenities in the bathroom. The workers were all awesome, and they all have a smile on their faces. And the breakfast it's spectacular, with lots of options and everything very yummy. The best way to start a day! If I ever go back to Ljubliana, I'd definitely would choose this hotel again.

Under renovation at the moment, and so it can be a bit noisy at times. Staff are well trained and helpful. Well located. Easy walk to castle, restaurants, supermarkets, and the amazing Park Tivoli. The gym is adequate, and the sauna and steam room are great. Ask for a room with a view of the castle. The breakfast is very good.
