We stayed here for two nights. It’s a good hotel. Location is convenient as you can get to both Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj within 20 minutes by car. The breakfast offering was also quite good. Lots of parking available on location. Good, reliable wifi from the room. Only issue was with AC not working properly. It was really hot one of the nights that we were here and the room just wouldn’t cool down. Luckily there was a window we could open but would’ve preferred that the AC work.

Should be so much better... No air con in the rooms so stuffy and hot, door opens but can be noisy, checkin staff need to learn customer service. Checked into 319 but dirty and old food plates left around. Bathroom is good but poor water pressure and no body soap/shampoo in ours had to wait for housekeeping next day. Bath towels feel same as a cheap 2 star hotel, spa towels a bit bigger but still rough and not soft. Too strict with towels, housekeeping took ours and reception kept advising would swap but we didn't have any... Sauna only open from 4pm. School kids Swamp the aquapark no longer a wellness centre but fun park. Too many emails regarding checkin and what the hotel has to offer etc even on eve of checkout emails asking for checkin details and restaurant bookings...

I've left a 3 star review due to the attitude of front staff during our 3 day stay. Staff are impersonal, stern, rude and just Damm cranky. Never a smile and will only assist if pushed.

Grande struttura nella regione del|Lago Bohjini . Spazi comuni molto spaziosi con area divani. Il bar chiude alle 21.30 …quindi dopo cena non puoi usufruirne. Cortese l’accoglienza ed il |personale durante il soggiorno ..da rivedere il check out ..volevano addebitarci il costo di una cena da 140€ consumata presso la struttura ricettiva vicina..problema comunque risolto …le camere sono spaziose , ottima biancheria da letto, da sostitute la biancheria da bagno ..le spugne non sono morbide (eccessiva usura o scarsa qualità ) e gli accappatoi lisi in più parti. |Da sostituire la poltrona che diventa terzo letto …durissima ..mia nipote si è trasferita nel lettone per la seconda notte..|Da rivedere la moquette sul pavimento della camera che ritengo non igienica . La camera e il bagno (sprovvisto di finestra) erano puliti ma la pulizia del bagno fatta il secondo giorno è stata sicuramente frettolosa ed approssimativa…il lavabo aveva le tracce lasciate dai prodotti. |La colazione internazionale abbondante per il salato carente per i dolci ..ci aspettavamo varietà di torte fresche invece abbiamo trovato croissant e sfoglie mignon (prodotto surgelato)..pancakes fatti con impasto preconfezionato , senza gusto e poco cotti (il Prodotto usciva da una macchina automatica). Buona scelta di succhi di frutta fresca . Unica nota negativa ..hanno preteso il pagamento del cappuccino da servire per la colazione al tavolo ..l’alternativa latte macchiato nella Macchinetta automatica. |La struttura è dotata di un centro wellness con sauna , piscina con zone idromassaggio e scivoli (acqua park) all’esterno..:l’ambiente è poco accogliente , la piscina è decorata con alberi e piante artificiali che rendono tutto molto kitsch …all’ingresso si è sopraffatti da una spiacevole sensazione ..forte calore ed odore di cloro che comunque tolleri dopo la permanenza . |All’esterno della piscina coperta c’è una piscina piccola ma fuori terra che la rende poco invitante. …sprovvista di area solarium …Non abbiamo provato la sauna, ne’ il centro wellness posto all’ultimo piano per un gruppo limitato di persone per qualche ora e con pagamento extra

My girfriend and I decided to take a gamble with Bohinj ECO Hotel, to treat ourselves to luxury with out bad concience. Although it is clear that there is a lot of luxury in this hotel, namely the rooms and the views from the balcony. Also, the ability to walk to the pool-area and sauna's is attractive. However, the name "aqua park" is a bit too grandiose of a word for the actual pool area eg. it was not that big/not so much variety as you would expect from such a price, although it was sufficient for our needs. The sauna area offers 3 sauna's (Finnish, light sauna and Turkish sauna), so nearly not the variety one would expect from a Sauna Park in this price range. The hotel interior was not as luxurious as you would expect from this price range as well. One aspect of this hotel that is not acceptable is its label as "ECO" hotel. Although the warmth of the SPA area is reused and other energy measures have been taken, there is a lot to be improved. For example: breakfast is not eco-friendly at all (small plastic packages for spreads, no vegan options (!), barely vegetarian options, but a lot of hams, sausages, and bacon), but there was a very nice variety of vegetable juices. Concluding: we would not come back for this price, and do not agree with the label "ECO Hotel", although the view was nice and the location was good!

Terrible disappointment. NOT a four star hotel. Maybe 2 star. Furniture is old and dated. Towels are super small and rough. Pillows are stone hard. Food is very low quality. The air conditioning is managed by the hotel and shuts off at 10 pm. This makes for a very uncomfortable night. Could not sleep in the summer heat. I’ve never heard of a hotel deciding when you can have AC. There were no amenities in the room. No tea or coffee in the room. The front desk staff did not help us when we said the air conditioning did not work. There is no room cleaning except by special request. The hotel boasts the water park. You need a special bracelet. Only one per room. And you need to walk a long, circuitous path underground to get there. The bracket lets you in and out, so you all have your go together. Very limiting. Not a carefree relaxing experience. Lots of rules and extra charges. Tip: families who ate two nights know to bring their own water to dinner. Charges for water are excessive. Rude —- because water is freely offered during breakfast. Avoid. It’s a hotel for groups that have no option. Under no circumstances have dinner. There is no view. It’s either a parking lot or a lumber yard.

The air conditioning is controlled centrally and is insufficient. Guests cannot control the target temperature or the power. Additionally, the system is turned off completely between 11:00pm and 4:00am. ???? I did not sleep at all during my first night. In the morning, I requested a different room but was told an engineer would take care of the A/C. Of course, nothing was done. We were told the hotel was sold out. After an hour of arguing, we did manage to get a (smaller) room which was on a different side. Dinner at this hotel is a buffet and feels like a sad high school cafeteria.

Zimmer ok. Das ganze Hotel braucht aber mal eine Erneuerung. Die dunklen Gänge zu den Zimmern sind eine Zumutung. Beim Abendessen kamen wir uns vor, wie in einer Kantine. Obwohl viele freie Plätze waren, wurden die Gäste ohne vernünftigen Abstand wie auf einer Hühnerleiter gesetzt. Die Desserts und die Salate waren gut. Die Hauptspeisen eher geschmacklos. Der Service verbesserungsfähig.

We stayed here in August 2024 as a family (our kids are 3 & 1 year old). Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing hotel experience we’ve ever had. We paid 429 € for a Luxury Suite (photos attached), but it was absolutely not worth the money. The furniture in the room was outdated and partly damaged, giving the entire space a worn-out feel. It was clear that the hotel has not invested in updating its interiors in quite some time, which is unacceptable given the rates they charge. The only exception was the bath, but there were other issues, like the dirty garbage bin. The balcony and the „premium view“ were also far from great. We found their so-called “eco-friendly” practices to be more about cutting costs than genuine sustainability. It felt like a way to mask their reluctance to provide standard amenities under the guise of environmental concern. The food was average but certainly not worth the premium prices. The location is okay, but also not ideal, you still have to drive 15-20 minutes to the key attractions. Overall very disappointing. We informed the reception about our experiences in a very polite way, but the only response we received was an apology for how we felt. Also not a premium approach to handle complaints.

Uitzicht aan voorzijde op hout verwerkende fabriek. Achterzijde mooi landschap met bergen en dorpje. Deze kamers hebben ook balkon.

Hatten auf der Durchreise eine schöne Übernachtung. Frühstück war gut und die Zimmer schön. Ein wellnessbereich ist auch dabei. Lage ist top, mitten in der Natur.

Menší průměrný hotel. Pokud hledáte klidnou lokalitu a nepotřebujete nové nejmodernější ubytování, je toto volba pro vás. Hotel byl čistý, personál příjemný. Najdete zde bowling, pingpongový stůl i menší kinosál. U hotelu je menší aquapark s bazénem, dvěmi skluzavkami, vířivkami i venkovním bazénem. Máte možnost navštívit také saunu či solnou jeskyni. Je zde také možnost zapůjčení kol. Na některé aktivity je třeba mít rezervaci. Hotel je na hezkém, klidném místě obklopeném horami. Autem dojete za 10 minut k jezeru Bohinj, kde je krásná čistá voda, možnost koupání i zapůjčení kajaku nebo paddleboardu. Pokud hledáte spíše odpočinek a relaxaci než-li aktivní dovolenou, pak je to správná volba.
