Zelo prijazno osebje, čudovita lokacija, mirno okolje. Kljub mrzlim temperaturam je v šotoru prijetno toplo. Voda v jacuzziju prijetnih 38 stopinj. Zvecer pa na otočku zakurijo tudi ogenj, ob katerem si lahko privoščite enega izmed njihovih čudovitih cocktailov. Same pohvale....top. 😇❤️

Definitivno cudovita lokacija za razvajanje v dvoje na lepem romanticnem ter mirnem mestu ob zelo prijaznem osebju. Luksuzna postrezba ter ambient. Obisceva se ob kaki drugi priloznosti. Priporocam! Lp!

My husband and I visited from the USA for 2 nights. This place, and the gentleman who works there (Primoz) is a lifesaver, almost literally! I developed a bad tooth infection while travelling, ultimately requiring an emergency root canal. Primoz helped me coordinate this care; he found me a place to be seen by a dentist after hours, then called them to let them know I was coming, then took incredible care of me while I was visiting, and of course did all the translation as needed. My husband and I had the best time thanks to Primoz. We did a wine tasting and he was so knowledgeable and hospitable. We also had dinner by the fire on a cold night, and it was just so much fun and so memorable. I am so deeply thankful to Primoz for literally saving my vacation, and the glamping resort was also so much fun, so warm on a winter night, and absolutely beautiful. Would we stay here again? In a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Primoz!!!

100% perfect luxury camping experience. Would highly recommend. Staff goes above and beyond for their guess and I had the best expiration with Primož as well as Marina. Both are friendly and very informative, speak multiple languages, and are amazing cooks (would highly recommend Primož goulash which was the best I’ve had so far) They were also extremely helpful with recommendations, not only for Slovenia but also outside of Slovenia as Primož is an avid traveler like myself. Absolutely wonderful service and worth every cent. I booked the luxury tree house last minute and stayed for well under 300 a night, I also booked a smaller glamping tent which was just as lux, and I booked it very last minute on site and spent 200 even. If you travel a lot you know that you can do far worse than a luxury resort for 200 trying to book last minute the day of your stay. Amazing experience everything was 10 out of 10. Extremely clean and felt like luxury. Would highly recommend and will be back and dragging my friends along with me.

Felejthetetlen élményben volt itt részünk. A hóban sátrazni egy meleg sátorban és forró jakuzzi fürdőt venni. Ha ajánlani tudom egy maszut vigyétek magyarokkal mert sokkal kényelmesebbé teszi az élményt. A reggeli elegendő volt és nagyon egészséges. Tejérzékenységemre is fel voltak készülve nem jelentett problémát. Megéri az árát a szállás! Tiszta, nincsen benne műszaki hiba és a személyzet minden egyes kívánságodat teljesíti.

Duša in srce tega krasnega prostora sta bila ob najinem obisku gostitelja Marija in Primož. Pri svojem delu sta strastna in profesionalna in niti za trenutek nista pustila podvomiti, da je dobro počutje gosta resnično prva in največja prioriteta. Za vsako vprašanje sta imela odgovor in vsak dogovor je bil spoštovan in uresničen ob dogovorjenem času. Ambient z vso infrastrukturo je bil zasnovan in realiziran s strani nekoga, ki je znal združiti estetiko z uporabnostjo, kolikor filozofija glampinga to dopušča. Občutek za malenkosti, dobro izbrani materiali, hortikulturna ureditev, ogrevan jacuzzi, ličen skupni prostor s kaminom in izjemna masaža pa so najino izkušnjo izloščili do visokega sijaja. Hvala ekipa Chateau Ramšak za prekrasen vikend.

Čudovito doživetje .Zelo prijazni zaposleni,tako da priporočam vsakemu paru ali družini ,ki si želi razvajanja v hišici ki ga obkroža čudovita narava in vinogradi.Resort je zelo zelo lepo urejen ,hrana in postrežba odlična imate tudi veliko možnosti za razvajanje tako ,da se zagotovo še vidimo.Lp Urša in Robert

The glamping site looks well maintained and nicely decorated. On every step you can see that they take a great care for the place.||We were staying on a tree house. A great experience. Even more so, if you have kids - they will love it. They will love it (neighbouring gusets maybe not so much😉). Tree house or tent is well equipped and comfortable. I like the smart set up - in a small place there is room for 4 persons & you get all the amenities you expect from a hotel room (AC, heating, TV, mini bar with good slovenian wine, gin and beer). The big terrace also has a private massage bath.||What makes the experience memorable is the service and the people behind it. They welcome you with a smile and cater to your every need. And the breakfast is excellent.||
