They use poor-quality cleaning products—I sneezed in the lobby, in my room, and in the restaurant every single day of my stay. The receptionist never mentioned that you need to book the pool in advance, so I couldn’t use it at all, and I specifically chose this hotel for the pool. We didn’t include breakfast in our booking, but one day we decided to pay and try it out. The administrator said, “Sorry, but if I seat you, then I can’t seat those who already paid in advance,” and wouldn’t let us into the restaurant area. I do not recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the Eurostars uHotel during a recent business trip to Ljubljana, and it was fantastic! The location is amazing, just steps away from Prešeren Square, perfect for sightseeing. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. The breakfast buffet was delicious, catering to various tastes. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ljubljana!

Service friendly, good breakfast although its packed even early with tourists. The room I have is enormous with two beds, a large bathroom with a bath and a small balcony. Gym is weird as there are weights but no benches to make use of them, and strange swings taking up space, so all a bit of a shame as it could be great. Swimming pool is very nice, quite warm to get into. The lifts are a bit disastrous, one out of order, the others so slow and I cant work out how to access the ground floor by stairs so just have to wait 5 mins.

The room: A little dated but this was not a major issue. It was clean, functional, comfortable, and provided all the facilities needed. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and everything worked, including the AC over summer. The only issue was the position of the shower which means if you are remotely tall, you will hit your head on the wall/ceiling unless you duck. Breakfast was included and was very good. Good selection. The service: always friendly and professional and able to help with requests. One time upon asking for more pillows they took two asks to arrive. Otherwise all good. The location: almost unbeatable, no more than 2 minutes to the centre and 5 minutes to the bus station, meaning that both all of Ljubljana and Slovenia is accessible from here. By far the hotel’s best quality. One of the better hotels for the mid-range price in Ljubljana, I recommend it.

Not cheap, got this on a better deal by booking direct with the hotel, very central, in a nice street not far from the river, there’s a supermarket right next door, but easy to miss as it’s just round the corner, google send you the long way. 2 good beer bars 2 mins away. I thought the hotel was empty but I think people use it as a base for trips, breakfast was packed, not bad either, rooms are very business like but large and comfortable, watch out the weird shower head position it’ll flood the bathroom. Staff were really good, well done to them, cooperative and spoke very good English, really helpful with train info, would definitely go back to stay

Hotel stupendo, la colazione buonissima e la sala colazioni stupenda. 🥞🍳🥓🧇 Piscina al 9 piano con terrazza panoramica molto carina. 🏊♀️ Personale della reception dell’Hotel cordiale e disponibile. 🏨 Parcheggio al coperto molto funzionale anche se bisogna stare attenti ai posti riservati. 🅿️ Posizione centrale, ottima!! 📍 Difetti: ragazza alla reception della spa scortese e bar per niente fornito. Due saune di cui quella di 80-100 gradi non funzionante mentre quella 50-60 gradi si ma fredda. 🧖♀️

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend, von hier aus kann man die Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erkunden. Der Service ist ok, das Frühstück ist auch ok. Die Zimmer, zumindest unser Zimmer, sind abgewohnt. Das trübt den Aufenthalt etwas.

Einen Stern für die tolle Lage, einen Stern für das freundliche Personal und das gute Frühstück. Das war es dann auch schon. Zimmer war katastrophal da viel zu heiß und nicht regulierbar. Mussten die ganze Nacht mit offener Balkontür schlafen und schwitzten trotzdem. Zimmer auf der Hinterseite gelegen und dadurch hörten wir gezwungenermaßen die ganze Nacht die lauten Lüftungsgeräte. Kirchenglocken läuten ab früh morgens, so ist am Sonntag nicht an ausschlafen zu denken. Pool beheizt und im letzten Stock mit schöner Aussicht, allerdings viel zu klein für die Größe des Hotels. Es werden mehr Leute rein gelassen als es Liege und Sitzplätze gibt. Da Wasser war außerdem trüb und an Wellness war aufgrund schreiender planschender Babys und Kleinkinder nicht zu denken. Sauna gibt es zwei wobei eine außer Betrieb war. Die geöffnete Infrarot Sauna bietet Platz für zwei bis drei Personen und war ständig besetzt und auch viel zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Tiefgarage für Hotelgäste viel zu teuer. Haben Nähe Bahnhof geparkt und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel genutzt. So haben wir um 75% weniger an Parkgebühren bezahlt. Ein zweiter Aufenthalt kommt für uns in diesem Hotel nicht mehr in frage.

Tutto super.... do 4 stelle alla camera per via della tenda che non copriva perfettamente la finestra e la luce mi da fastidio quando dormo... Per il resto tutto benissimo dal personale alla colazione di un assortimento esagerato... Consigliatissimo

Centralissimo in pieno centro storico, colazione ottima. C'è anche una piccola spa con piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Lo consiglio
