15 Uhr angekommen. Einchecken. Schlüsselkarte funktioniert nicht. Wieder zur Rezeption. Schlüsselkarte neu programmiert. Im Zimmer festgestellt kein Balkon kein Doppelbett. Runter zur Rezeption. Neues Zimmer bekommen. Stehe unter der Dusche da stehen zwei andere Gäste im Zimmer und wollen das beziehen. Zimmer mal eben doppelt vergeben. 21 Uhr nach kleiner Sradterkundung funktioniert die schSchlüsselkarte wieder nicht

Fine værelser, vi fik udsigt til slottet og kirke, som vi var meget tilfredse med! Virkelig ærgerligt over wellness afdelingen. Sauna virkede ikke alle tre dage vi var der, og de sagde hele tiden, “måske i morgen”. Jeg synes heller ikke informationen i “wellness afdelingen” var særlig god! Man blev ikke informeret om faciliteterne osv. - føltes ikke som wellness. Morgenmaden var ikke den høje standard. Der var RIGTIG meget at vælge mellem, men lidt kedelige smage

I wish i stayed in a different hotel.. i still confused if this is a 4* hotel.. pathetic services.. not any more a preferred hotel... the only reason i choose this hotel for location and learnt a lesson.. thank you team for the limited services what you provide...

Hotel suit is nice and specious. Beds are comfy. Everything is clean. The breakfast selection is excellent. It would be great if milk substitutes could include oat drink (there was just rice and soy drinks).

L’hotel gode di un’ottima posizione (giri a destra e sei già nella piazza della Chiesa dell’Annunciazione), le camere sono belle e pulite. È dotato anche di un parcheggio sotterraneo, che costa €19 al giorno (consigliato, considerando che tutto il centro di Lubiana è a pagamento). Colazione a buffet, molto varia, ma nessuno dello staff controlla cosa fanno le persone, e purtroppo il mondo è pieno di maleducati (che toccano il cibo con le mani e lo rimettono nella ciotola, che bevono con la bottiglia e così via). L’hotel ha anche una piscina e un “centro benessere”, lo metto volutamente tra virgolette perché NON è possibile rilassarsi davvero qui. È pieno di famiglie con bambini che NON gestiscono i propri figli, e lo staff, anche se lo abbiamo segnalato, non ha fatto nulla: quindi urla, tuffi, schiamazzi. Peccato perché con un po’ più di attenzione, sarebbe un ottimo hotel.

מיקום ממש טוב במרכז לובליאנה. הם נתנו לנו חניה חינם כי הראתי להם שיש שאלה בבוקינג שכתוב בה שיש חניה חינם ביולי. יצאו נחמדים. החדר היה נקי וגדול, היה נוף של הטירה. הספא למעלה פשוט מדהים לא לפספס, 2 סאונות ובריכה עם מרפסת לנוף לטירה. מושלם ורומנטי

Hotel met parkeergarage (€20 p.d.) op een paar honderd meter van het centrum. Hotelkamer is prima, de rest weinig bijzonders. Ontbijt en avondeten (zaten via een groep incl eten) was in prima. Sfeer is 0, bar om even wat te drinken is er niet en er zit niets in de minibar. Na een lange dag motorrijden moesten we dus eerst douchen, dan de stad in en dan pas een drankje......

If you want to visit Ljubljana and bring your dog, this hotel is the best option. Location is a 10/10, downtown and everything is in walking distance. Rooms are clean, wifi works well and, of course, you can bring your dog. However this feels like a 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars. Rooms are pretty old and worn, breakfast is nice but the juices are incredibly bad. Hotel gym is kinda strange and contorded, equipment is old but works.

I and a friend were here for the 70th Annual Slovenia Arts festival. Attended the exceptional opening night of West Side Story on June 27. -The lead, Tony, played by Adam Filipe ( a star in the making I'm sure) The Uhotel served us well. Efficient, helpful staff , we were made welcome and nothing was too much trouble! 9am swim in the pool all to myself - all excellent. Shall definitely stay there on my next visit. Lastly I must congratulate the staff of the Joze Pucnik airport. It is the cleanest, friendliest airport I have ever visited.- perhaps the Slovenian managers could advise the Heathrow owners!
