I had forgot my shirt in room, and when I sent them email to send it to me, they haven’t replied at all… After phone calls they replied and told that they haven’t found anything in the room, even though I specified and described exactly where I left it… Very disrespectful…

Great located, but old hotel that needs to be renovated. Shower in my room had very low water presure making showering long time process.

This an outdated hotel that needs major renovation to be given a 4-star rating by international standards. I have only chosen this hotel because it offered free parking & is located in the city center. Otherwise, I would suggest that you avoid staying in this place and look for better options elsewhere. The room view was a bit awful as it was looking towards the roof of the adjacent building. The AC unit in the room was not working properly & and it was really warm outside. When we we switched on the AC button, the electric heater started running by flowing hot air which was a bit weird too. I certainly wouldnt recommed this hotel until you really have to.

Great location, super friendly staff, cozy Thai style decorated swimming pool with a view of the city, and free bikes lend to guests- they are so comfortable to ride on- I want to get one for myself😂

Albergo comodo per il centro ma non è di certo da 4 stelle... Camere molto calde con tende rotte e vasca da bagno con accesso molto scomodo. Colazione non all' altezza di un 4 stelle.

Gute Lage, saubere Zimmer. Spa Bereich ist eine große Enttäuschung. Man muss mindestens 1 Tag in Voraus einen Platz am Pool reservieren, sonst geht man leer aus. Absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Wenn man Urlaub macht, möchte man die Einrichtungen des Hotels nutzen ohne in Planungsstress zu kommen. Dafür bucht man ja ein Hotel mit Spa Bereich, um abschalten zu können. Hier bekommt man nicht das, was einem versprochen wird.

The hotel is really great! I would like to emphasize on the guy that is helping with parking the cars. He is very polite and friendly and very skilled. Big thanks for his help! I can only recommend the hotel!

Travelled from australia- this was our first time in Slovenia and the uHotel was amazing. The location is SUPER central and the hotel is wonderful. Amazing gym, staff, breakfast, bed, views. Staff have amazing English and are very polite and helpful! They let us check out late at no additional cost too which was very kind. We will be back and we will stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Sehr saubere Zimmer, sehr guter Service, Frühstück OK. Ein Punkt Abzug wg. ungenügendem Fitnessraum und lange im vorraus zu buchendem Poolbesuch.
