u Hotel je v samem centru mesta, z garažo v kleti hotela, tako, da je poskrbljeno za vaš avtomobil in se lahko v miru sprehodite do Tromostovja, Prešernovega spomenika in občudujete lepote Ljubljane vzdolž Ljubljanice na obeh straneh. Sobe odlične, zajtrk obilen, velika izbira, osebje zelo prijazno in usposobljeno. Prijava in odjava je potekala zelo hitro! Priporočam vsem.

Confortable y correcto. Buen desayuno. Tiene una terraza pero le faltaría algo de jardín. Muy bien situado. La Recepcionista, que hablaba perfecto español, muy amable y estupenda profesional. Recomendado.

Hotel fantastico,molto comodo con il centro bastano pochi passi per trovarsi nel centro della città. Ottima colazione con varie tipi di scelta per tutti i gusti. Piscina fantastica,in questo periodo di covid bisogna prenotarla per usufruirne ma è ottimo perché così ce meno gente e si ha più spazio per nuotare. Ottimo anche area massaggi con buon prezzi e tariffe a partire dai 10 minuti fino a 30 minuti di massaggi rilassanti. Ottimo il parcheggio custodito al -1 ci si arriva in ascensore non uscendo dalla struttura. Camere molto pulite personale molto gentile. Sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Positive: Location is unbeatable, breakfast is very good with tons of options, staff is nice. Negative: We stayed in a room at the 8th floor right next to the elevator and had to listen to the elevator going up and down both nights of our stay, doors of the room can not be closed without a loud bang which is another bothering sound you have to listen to. The walls between the rooms are very thin so you can hear your neighbors. Extremely negative: We forgot our baby night lamp, I wrote 3 emails asking about it and they were all ignored. When calling and asking about it the reception told me they did not find anything, which is a shame because we left it there 100% and I can only assume it has been taken away (not to say stolen). I would recommend not to forget anything and take good care of your belongings. All in all we had a nice stay with "a bitter aftertaste" and I think that we will not be back.

Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn schoon en ontbijt is uitgebreid (genoeg glutenvrij!). Alles op loopafstand en supercentraal.

Such a shame. The hotel is beatiful and very well located. My studio room was quite big and had a nice bathroom. I booked this hotel because of the spa and fitness area. The spa area is quite small and has no steam sauna. I asked at the reception in advance if I could have a glass of wine, they said yes, but then in the spa bar they only have three types of GinTonic and Beer as alcoholic drinks. Even less choice on non alcoholic drinks. The absolute worst was that they allowed kids in there. Kids were jumping in the pool and making lots of noise and the woman working at the spa did not care. The spa are is really marketed as wellness area, with massage, lotus flowers, buddhas and stuff but that was abolutely no wellness atmosphere. I was looking forward for this area. I left after only 5 min. The next morning I went to the gym. This area is big and fun. BUT: Nobody cleaned there in ages, it was really really dirty, the desinfection bottle was empty, some stuff were broken or missing. The elevators are a disaster. I am quite mad about how much I payed for the two nights I stayed. The only really positive things are the friendly receptionists and the good breakfast.

Freundliches Personal. Wartezeiten an der Rezeption möglich. Sehr zentrales Hotel und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Parken im Parkhaus für 19 Euro pro Tag möglich, sofern freie Plätze vorhanden sind. Parkhaus entspricht nicht der deutschen Norm und ist eng und verwinkelt. Es kann zu Wartezeiten an den drei Fahrstühlen kommen. Hotel ist stellenweise abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig, das ruhige Zimmer 902 verfügt über ein Bad mit Badewanne , Minibar (ungefüllt), kleinen Fernseher, Klimaanlage die sich nicht abstellen lässt, Balkon ohne Sitzmöbel und Blick auf die Burg. Das Zimmer ist größer als üblich. Die Lüftungen rund um das Hotel sind leicht störend, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster nicht zu hören. Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen Pool und zwei Saunen sowie Fitnessraum. Reservierungen für den Pool/Sauna erforderlich. Liegen sind in begrenzter Anzahl vorhanden. Sonnen auf dem Balkon auf zwei Stühlen möglich. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und auch bis kurz vor Ende (Frühstück von 7 bis 10 Uhr) waren noch alle Speisen verfügbar. Zu Stoßzeiten kann es zu Wartezeiten bzw. keinen Sitzplätzen kommen. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Es ist allenfalls 3* nach Deutscher Kategorie. Es ist vieles schon in die Jahre gekommen. In die Ecken darf man nicht gucken. Da sieht man die Jahre und das fehlende Engagement bzw. den Investitionensstau. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig. Es ist it Besuchern überfüllt und die Zutaten sind einfallslos und billig. Handschuhe am Buffet sind ok- Aber wo dann hin damit? Auf den Tisch? Hygiene? Das Schwimmbad, welches ein Entscheidigungskriterium für das Hotel war, war leider schon ausnahmslos vorreserviert. Das ist inakzeptabel. Zumindest muss dann der Preis angepasst werden.

Fair price, hotel needs some improvements in furniture. Overall, was a nice surprise, just near center, easy to go everywhere. Has a pool, at 9 floor, but you need reservation.
