La posizione è ottima, due min a piedi dalla piazza grande, il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale, le camere e spazi comuni puliti e ordinati. C'era una bellissima atmosfera natalizia con alberi di natale, orsacchiotti, slitta di babbo natale mi è piaciuta molto la cura dei particolari! La colazione è varia e tutta a buffet con dolce e salato. Unica pecca la piscina un po' troppo fredda per i miei gusti, qualche grado in più e sarebbe perfetta.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel à la réception excellent service. Chambre très propre vue château. Juste dommage pour le bruit extérieur des ventilateurs et chambres très chaudes...impossible de régler le thermostat...

Very well located. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are very well equipped with a bathtub, soap, conditioners, dental kits, etc… Moreover the bathrooms are really clean and equipped with a floor heating, which is really nice. There is a swimming pool, a fitness room and a parking lot. The breakfast is provided with lots of choices, fruits, proteins and gluten-free accessible. The hotel staff is really nice, welcoming and willing to help you at any time. However, the rooms are over-heated. When we stayed in Lubiana the temperature was at around 10 degrees outside. The rooms were heated at around 25 degrees, this is not really comfortable and we were too hot during our stay in the rooms. We do recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Lubiana for the holidays !!!

Staying at the Hotel Eurostars was an intriguing and, in some respects, bizarre experience. Let's start with the breakfast buffet: although well organized and delicious, it could pay more attention to the options for celiacs, offering more choices. Praise certainly goes to the waiters for their courteous and attentive service, while the large and comfortable spaces of the hotel contributed to a pleasant stay. In the context of the rooms, some features left a positive impression: the bed, enriched by a comfortable topper, and the availability of tea facilities indeed made the stay more welcoming. However, the overall experience was limited by several areas of much-needed improvement: the room's lack of soundproofing compromised tranquility, while the dated decor and TV sound quality require an upgrade to create ambience. more modern and welcoming. Maintenance reports, such as broken toilet hooks, suggest the need for more careful supervision by staff. But the most disappointing thing was to find that, starting from the second day, the rooms were not made up: a particularly disconcerting aspect considering the cost of the accommodation and the four-star rating of the hotel. In such a prestigious context, in fact, one would expect high quality service and constant attention to the needs of guests. Despite these observations, the property can boast of an enviable location: close to tourist spots such as the Franciscan Church of the Annunciation and Prešeren Square, making it an ideal starting point for explorers of the area. Finally, although small in size, the swimming pool is functional, offering an advantage for those who want a moment of relaxation during their stay. Overall, the Hotel aroused a range of mixed emotions: although it offered pleasant moments (such as the well-organized breakfast and some comforts in the rooms) it is difficult to ignore the disappointment that arose in observing a greater number of negative aspects compared to to the positive ones. An intriguing mix of potential and limitations that, I hope, the hotel can balance in the future to offer a more satisfying experience for guests (and more consistent with what is expected from a hotel of this caliber).

I was looking for a four-star hotel close to Prešernov Trg Square and reasonably priced for a solo traveller. I made the right choice booking this hotel which is 2 minutes walking from Prešernov Trg Square and the three bridges. There is a Mercado supermarket 1 minute away from the hotel. Thankfully, I was upgraded to a studio with a balcony on the 8th floor. I was able to see the Ljubljana Castle from the windows/ balcony. I felt safe when walking back to the hotel at 9.30pm. My room was really clean, light and spacious (388sqft for a single person!) providing a dental kit, slippers, robes, tea/coffee and 2 bottles of water. The breakfast served both hot and continental options. I liked the fruit section where I had seconds for pineapple, persimmon and kiwi halves. The only downside was the wield taste of breakfast and Earl Grey tea bags. It may imply Slovenia is a more coffee drinking nation.

Neat and clean rooms, friendly receptionist and a very nice location in the center. Only complaint is that the thermostat in the rooms doesn't quite do what it says (it was turned up but didn't work well).

Ottimo hotel in pieno centro di Lubiana, camere spaziose e pulite, letto e cuscini comodi, bellissima la poltrona massaggiante. Parcheggio gratuito e al coperto, ma se deciderete di limitarvi a visitare solo la città da questo hotel non avrete mai bisogno di un auto. Unica pecca è la Spa, nulla di spettacolare, con acqua della piscina non riscaldata, accesso incluso ai bambini ed un paio di piccole saune e per di più bisogna prenotarla tempo prima nonostante sia inclusa nel prezzo, quindi abbiamo perso la prima sera poiché l’hotel non ci aveva informato in anticipo.
