Arrived to a room that was 33 C hot and the AC would not turn on. They called their maintenance and after 30 minutes of ladders and trying to fix the motor it sparked on the service repairman who said we could not stay in the room due to the safety hazard of sparking wires in the wall. We were late to our city tour due to the incident and when we came back they told us they had no rooms available and that we had to stay in the same room even though they assured us we would have a new room when we came back. Very unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Rooms are very outdated, walls have scratch marks and the thermostats are from the 90s and clearly don't work. Terrible experience after a long day of travel. Was not expecting much, but this was terrible. Shame we have to stay here three days. Out of all the hotels in our 6 country tour, this was the worst.

Giving a five cause we loved our stay here. Staff was helpful and friendly and room was clean. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and one od the only places on our trip that had a gym! Room was clean but getting a bit dated. Location is perfect and right next to old town.

Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Stuff is good as well. The only concern is that they completely ignore "do not disturb" label - may enter without knocking while you are inside and the label is on the knob.

Read so many bad reviews. On arrival I specifically mentioned this info I had seen online. Reception was very kind and upgraded us immediately...so I couldnt say if some rooms are worse than others. But our room was great ... bed is comfortable but it's TRUE in some reviews it mentions squeaky beds .the bed frame is wooden and it certainly is creaky and makes a noise only when you move on the bed...would be great if bed frames could be repaired or replaced to resolve this. The space is plenty in the room we had. Bathroom is fine and was very clean. A little wear and tear can be seen around but nothing that stops you from feeling comfortable. TV channels are limited in English. It is a non smoking hotel room...UNFORTUNATELY it seems guests must ignore those rules... there was a very faint ..but noticable smoke smell...mostly in the bathroom...GUESTS IF YOU SMOKE HERE... you cant hide the smell after! Plus there is a fine/ fee deducted if you smoke in rooms. The smell was reported to reception who again came in to give the room a freshen up. However we ended up buying a room freshener spray ourselves to cover the smell much more. It wasnt the worst strongest smoke smell .. but subtly noticable enough to a non smoker. BREAKFAST.. amazing... large variety of hot and cold delicious food. Pool and sauna included in stay... very relaxing ..you just have to book the time you want to enjoy it. LOCATION easy to get everywhere in the city center. TOTALLY RECOMEND Babu's street food...Thai food... across from the hotel... that's if you dont find what you want at the hotel restaurant! Parking is available = 19 euros but parking space is for small cars... tight fit for our HYUNDAI.

התארחנו זוג ל - 4 לילות במהלך חודש אפריל 2023, והיתה לנו חווייה טובה מאוד. אנו ממליצים בחום על המלון. המלון ממוקם ממש במרכז העיר, כ - 150 מטר מכיכר פרשרן והגשר המשולש. מסביב למלון ישנם מדרחובים מקסימים, שפע בתי קפה ומסעדות וכן סופר מרקט גדול. השתכנו בחדר מספר 809. החדר עצמו וכן חדר האמבטיה מרווחים מאוד, אולם המקלחון עצמו מעט קטן, אך זה לא גרע משביעות הרצון שלנו. בחדר יש מיני בר, קומקום חשמלי, קפה ותה וכספת. החדרים והמסדרונות זקוקים לריענון עיצובי, והצבעים מתאימים לתקופה של לפני 20 שנה. לעומת זאת חדר האוכל והלובי עוצבו בסגנון עכשווי ונעים לעין. צוותי הקבלה, התחזוקה ושרות החדרים היו מעולים. אדיבים, שירותיים ומסורים ושולטים בשפה האנגלית. ארוחת הבוקר היתה אחת המעולות שאכלנו במלונות 4 כוכבים באירופה. תפריט עשיר ומגוון, כולל חביתות מסוגים שונים, פירות וירקות בשפע, קינוחים, דגני בוקר ועוד ועוד. צוות המטבח היה מעולה ודאג כל הזמן לניקיון ולמילוי מחדש של פריטים שנגמרו. נהנינו מאוד כל בוקר מחדש. במלון ישנו מרכז ספא הכולל בריכה מחוממת, חדר כושר, סאונה ועיסוי, והכניסה לשם חינמית. שכרנו רכב ליומיים והשתמשנו בחניון הגדול של המלון בעלות של 19 יורו ללילה. לובליאנה עיר מקסימה, נעימה, והאנשים אדיבים ומנומסים. גם המחירים זולים ביחס למערב אירופה וביחס לישראל.
