Große Zimmer und modern eingerichtet. Es war sehr sauber und genug Platz für alles. Tolle Betten und ein schöner Pool oben im Hotel. Es gab ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, was wirklich keine Wünsche offen ließ.

Rooms are OK but the staff are given no flexibility by the management to fix issues. The bar shuts at 10pm so don't expect a late night drink after visiting the town.

For the price charged, there are much better options nearby and worth exploring. Our shower drain was blocked, forming a rather disgusting flood. When we let reception know, we were made felt like we are disposable to this hotel. The swimming pool reception not only doesn't welcome and explains how it works, but also isn't helpful when requested. The swimming pool receives little to zero cleaning, so you see black water on the floor right before people enter the water, which is definitely not hygienic. You will likely need to go daily to get your room pass working since it demagnetises constantly and reception makes it seem it's your fault (no idea how all my cards work properly and never had a problem) We were unlucky and advise picking the other option in terms of stay.

A very good experience. Located at the middle of the old city, a walking distance from all the must see places and have a nice view facing The Castel and the city from one side. Nice clean room, great brakefast, though one should take in account the Slovenian Punctuality: at 10:00 am exactly the curtains inside the dining room are drawn and the food area is behind reach... The stuff are polite and helpful and pleasant.

Room was good except for a struggling aircon and their TV system ..tsk tsk tsk... helloooo ... it's 2023 ... everyone expects a simple Smart TV & not one locked up to an ancient 20+ year old system... whoever is their technology guy ( if there is one) should be given a refresher course... but other than that, everything else is good. Service. Housekeeping. Breakfast. Pool. Location is perfect.

Great location. Rooms are average, bathrooms are really bad designed (shower in bathtube.. water goes everywhere, sink looks GREAT, but you can't reach, no enough towels). Breakfast makes you happy. The view was horrible.

Le personnel était parfait ils ont tout fait pour nous, le petit-déjeuner très bien, piscine et sauna compris dans le prix des chambres. Il faudrait revoir la literie qui faisait beaucoup de bruit et mal au dos et l’insonorisation de la chambre qui n’était pas complète, les rideaux occultent de mauvais qualité. La salle de bain parfaite et le tarif global un peu trop élevé en rapport de la qualité du lieu. Quelque aménagement et ce serait parfait.

Simple hotel n a great location close to the beautiful old town. Perfect for a visit to this pretty city. Hotel staff provided an amazing restaurant recommendation away from the tourist area, serving authentic Slovenian fare in a fabulous old restaurant 5 minute walk from the hotel. Thank you!

Hotel bello e pulito e materasso comodo, Ottima posizione all’inizio del centro pedonale. Colazione buona. Il difetto principale che ho riscontrato è la rumorosità: dalla finestra arrivava un rumore di fondo costante, credo impianti di ventilazione, e in particolare nel weekend anche i suoni della movida, per non parlare delle campane della chiesa vicina che suonano anche di notte. Consiglio alla struttura di cambiare gli infissi
