Nice hotel that looks foreboding from outside but nice if a bit cramped in the inside lobby. It's clear this is an old hotel that has gone through multiple rounds of renovation. We got one of the premier rooms and boy the view was spectacular! The room was clean and modern, though it has a whiff of upgraded socialist hotel feel about it. Nothing wrong with that btw. It's a little far frkm nearby eateries except for a little DM nearby for water and medicine, but still very doable as Ljubljana is small. This hotel seems very popular with toir groups and also it was the official hotel for a WTA250 tournament when we were there. Breakfast was good too. Staff were polite and friendly, while some were warmer than others (which is fine).

12 floors, 1 of 3 elevators functional. Breakfast buffet with cold and tasteless food. Tables not cleared so no clean place to eat. Only maid service is straightening the blanket. Tiny dirty bathroom.|Crowded and chaotic. Walls thin so you are up close to those next to and above you. Find another place to stay.

Ein viertägige Aufenthalt liegt hinter uns. Das Hotel liegt zentral. Zwei Dinge sind positiv zu bewerten: das freundliche Personal der Rezeption und die gute Küche. Doch der Zustand des Hotels lässt massiv zu wünschen übrig. Die Infrastruktur ist in einem desolaten Zustand . Von drei Liften ist nur einer in Funktion. Bei 14 Stockwerken mit über 200 Zimmer und lediglich einen funktionierenden Lift, der zumal massiven die Jahre gekommen ist, ist die Frustration und die Unzufriedenheit vorprogrammiert. Die meisten Zimmer sind nicht renoviert. Das Interieur und die Einrichtung stammt aus den 1980er Jahren und sind zerschlissen und schmutzig. Dementsprechend fällt auch die Bewertung aus: schlecht und in die Jahre gekommen und ist keinem 4-Sterne-Haus würdig und preislich völlig überrissen. Hände weg von Exe Lev Ljubljana…

Old and poor facility. Of the three elevators, 2 out of service. Sign says that parts were ordered from Germany and will take 13-14 weeks. Only working elevator broke down since overcrowded and people had to be rescued off. For a building over 10 stories high, this is a health hazard and the state should shut this place down. Breakfast marginal, not enough wait staff to clear tables for others. Very poorly managed and maintained. Stay away!

El hotel cumple casi todas las expectativas de un hotel 4 estrellas, el porque no un puntaje mas alto? La habitación no tenía nevera, cuando le dijimos en recepción nos dijeron que no todas las habitaciones tienen nevera y que nos ofrecian una nevera en recpcion para dejar las cosas, otro dia no han limpiado la habitación, cuando lo comentamos en receopcion, nos dijeron que si teniamos coche, nos daban el parking gratis, cuando llegamos el televisor estaba casi suelto y de lado, pero lo dijimos y lo solucionaron el mismo dia, y los ascensores, no funcionaban del todo bien, por ser un edificio tan alto, con 2 ascensores no es suficiente ( uno estuvo siempre averiado ) y un dia solo hubo un solo ascensor ya que el otro estaba averidado. El desasuyo era excelente y lo mejor!!!

Sobe urejene in ciste, zatrk dober in obilen, kjer se najde za vsakega kar zeli, lokacija super, osebje na recepciji prijazno in strokovno, velik minus je dvigalo, eno je bilo stalno pokvarjeno, eno se je zaustavljalo vsak dan in ni delovalo. Ob enem dvigalu je bilo potrebno cakati na njega tudi po vec kot 10 minut. Na pokvarjenem dvigalu napis, da je potrebno cakati na popravilo iz Nemcije od 12 do 14 tednov. PROSIM??? Lahko bi lasnik uredil ta dvigala.

Room was clean and spacious, but for a 4 stars there was no mini bar . The elevators are a total disaster in this hotel. Only 1 of the 3 works you wait 10 mins to get it. I took the stairs a number of times to the 10th floor as the queue for the elevator was too much . Overall clean but wouldnt be a 4 star in my opinion. .

Ciekawe miejsce. Jakbyśmy przenieśli się w lata 90. Bardzo przyjemna obsługa i dobre śniadania. Niestety stały problem z windami - czas oczekiwania czasami wynosi 15 minut a z pięter powyżej 10 trudno zejść z walizka schodami. Często rozkodowujące się karty. Z tego względu warto rozważyć inną, bardziej niezawodną lokalizację.

.... absolutno hotel ki si ne zasluži 4 zvezdic. Zajtrk soliden, sobe zastarele, od 3 dvigal 2 ne delata, tako da, če imaš "srečo" prideš iz višjih nadstropij do recepcije v 10 minutah. Imajo pa telefon v kopalnici 😁

I’d like to share my review as someone who has traveled extensively and visited many great hotels around the world. Unfortunately, I’d like to give a low rating regarding the staff at the reception desk. I arrived at around 1:30 PM on September 2nd. The staff at the reception desk were assisting other guests but appeared very tired and stressed. As a guest, I don’t expect to feel the staff’s stress at a 4-star hotel. On that day, I informed the lady at the desk that I had a reservation. She responded by stating that both she and her colleague were busy and that check-in time was at 2 PM. I was quite surprised by how she initiated the conversation. I didn’t expect her to check me in early, but her tone was incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, during my 5-day staying in this hotel, the housekeeping service was lacking. The housekeepers did not change the bed sheets if they appeared clean, but I believe it’s their responsibility to renew the sheets daily. On some days, they even forgot to clean the toilet bowl or replace dirty coffee cups and glasses. Moreover, there were three elevators in the hotel, but one of them was out of service. The two elevators were always occupied by guests, and it took time to use one. It is expected that a hotel with a high number of tourists and guests would provide more efficient facilities. The low rating I am giving this hotel is due to the unprofessionalism of the reception staff and the poor housekeeping. They definitely need more training.

I have a nice experience in this hotel in this vacation . I really liked the work of the service staff especially the guy name Shehil who is the working in the restaurant he gives me a good hospitality. Thank you for this and definitely I will come again .
