Soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti nel sottotetto. Soffitto molto basso ai lati della stanza. Monolocale pulito e funzionante, ma cucina vecchia e trasandata. Cortesia e disponibilità da parte dei proprietari. A circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro e mezzi urbani non proprio comodi.

35 min dal centro a piedi, bagno in comune, unica camera con 5 letti leggermente scomodi peró il personale é molto disponibile (serviva il letto aggiuntivo e ce lo hanno montato da zero al momento!). Cucina in comune messa a disposizione per cucinare, dotata del minimo indispensabile

Очень тихое место. Замечательный сад. Соотношение цена качество высшее. Очень чисто. Есть все необходимое для приготовить и покушать. Видно что персонал делает всё для гостей. Спасибо

Loved the place. Sergey is a nice host and has amazing home wine. We also got cards so we could use the bike system of the city for fre. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Didn't like very much my stay there. We had room on the third floor. Small. Hot. On the second floor are the kitchen, toilet and bathroom for all guests. During your shower someone can come and use the 🚽....... Bathroom was so tiny. Had troubles with my bed so I slept on the couch. It's not my kind of places where everything's common.

you have chosen a room ECONOMY class. We have other rooms and apartments that are much better and a bit more expensive. Best regards Sergey

Very basic guesthouse, more like a hostel. That itself does not justify 1 star, but ... > very bad beds / mattresses > cleanliness of the room and shared facilities (kitchen/bathroom/ wc) > lights in wc room broken > several damages to the building (open walls, cables hang loose, damaged installations, ...) > WiFi was not working (at least for me) Location: roughly 5 minutes by car from city center (old town). I would have preferred to not stay in this guesthouse with my two kids & wife.

two options: either you did not live with us or with someone else you are confusing. I always take good care of the reviews in order to improve the conditions for the guests. but in this case I do not understand where we have broken light bulbs in the toilet and the rest? Best regards Sergey

I do not recommand this hostel to anyone! No airco in the room (32° C). Floor, kitchen and bathroom were not that clean. Almost no tableware and the cutlery missed knives. All furniture was made by the cheapest ikea, so not at all steady. Bed was much too small for 2 persons. No curtains so we woke up at 6 a.m. because of the sunshine. During night there was a lot of noise from neighbors and from the railway which passes next to the house. Unfriendly host. Free parking. You can have card for free Bicicle in Ljubljana (€10 guarantee). Location is 30 min walk from center.

Yes, it's really summer now and you saw it when booking that we do not have an air conditioner (we do not hide it). all photos correspond to reality. but you still chose us. probably arranged a price. I'm very sorry that we seemed unfriendly to you. if honestly did not understand where you lived with us, maybe you confused us with someone else? in Ljubljana at the moment, a maximum of 30 heat radiances was at night and a maximum of 19 degrees. And we try to do everything that would be comfortable for our guests.
