Le uniche note negative sono il costo del supplemento per la colazione, 19 euro a persona, se richiesta successivamente al check in, ed il supplemento per il cane, 20 euro a notte, entrambi eccessivi a mio parere. Per il resto ottima struttura.

Magnifique hôtel, les lits sont exceptionnels ont crois dormir sur un nuage vraiment 100/10. Restaurant ou petit déjeuner il y a un choix de ouff et c est super bon. Un peu loin du vieux centre ville mais pour 10 euros de taxi on y ait tranquilou.

Spacious lovely and very near to the centre. We had a very pleasant stay, our kids enjoyed being around. They have a swimming pool, spa and games area. I would like to suggest that kindly add more vegetarian friendly food in breakfast for those who prefer vegetarian/halal. Shuttle service is available if you need to go the centre. The receptionist was kind enough to book a taxi for us which took us to Zagreb.

Pulizia delle camere indecente. essendo arrivati sul tardi con un bimbo piccolo, non ho fatto polemiche ma la mattina dopo ho controllato il materasso e ho visto che era pieno di chiazze piccole e scure, spero non fossero residui di un infestazione da bed bugs! |Il ristornate dell'hotel ci ha fatto attendere 2 ore per un hamburger, alle mie lamentele si sono giustificati dicendo che non erano pronti al numero di persone presenti; ma allora dico: non prendete altre prenotazioni se non sapete gestire il servizio. |Hotel davvero scadente, scegliendo sempre strutture di prestigio non mi sarei mai aspettata di intoppare in un albergo simile da una catena così.

Bella struttura ma la camera era indecente per la sporcizia. Essendo arrivati tardi con un bimbo piccolo non ho fatto questioni ma la mattina dopo ho controllato il materasso ed era tutto macchiato da chiazze piccole colorate, mi auguro solamente che non fosse un infestazione da bed bugs. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante interno e il servizio è stato ad dir poco lento. Quasi 2 ore per ricevere un hamburger. Scandaloso. In sala si sono giustificati dicendo che in cucina non erano pronti per quel numero di clienti. Ma allora dico:non accettate prenotazioni se non siete in grado di gestire il servizio! La colazione era molto buona ma non ci rivedranno mai più.

Cosy and modern hotel with spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms! The breakfast is one of best in its class, especially the fruit salad which is not the one from the can (as usual) but with big chunks of fresh fruit. The lobby looks great and the lobby bar offers a variety of snacks and good local beer. The dinner restaurant is suitable for a five-star hotel, so if you need a place for your conference, a very important business meeting or just a weekend SPA getaway, this is the place. It is far from the city centre, but near the highway, so it is easy to reach.
