Mr.Vikas welcomed us very late at night, a family of four. He has taken such consideration to the fact we're a family, offered us excellent service and a room. Everything was very clean. Given the fact that we were specifically looking for something near the highway, for us, the location was absolutely perfect and easy to arrive to. We had the opportunity to be staying in the new wing and the rooms are beautiful. The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere and most beautiful natural tones of wood and greens. The breakfast selection was absolutely satisfying and tasty. This was our first time.We look forward to staying again.

Ottimo hotel in posizione eccellente per chi si muove in auto. vicinissimo all'uscita dell'autostrada e a 10 minuti dal centro di Lubiana. Ottima la possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente dell'ampio parcheggio scoperto. La camera è spaziosa e funzionale, arredata in stile moderno. Ottimo il livello di pulizia. Personale gentile e disponibile.|Bella e grande la piscina, mentre la sauna è un po' piccola.|Buona la scelta della colazione.|Ho soggiornato nel periodo di capodanno e ovviamente l'hotel era particolarmente affollato e su questo punto ho un paio di appunti da fare.|Nonostante sia un grande hotel business soffre un po' in caso di affollamento. E' capitato di dover fare una coda abbastanza lunga per accedere al locale colazione, così come è capitato che mancassero le brioches o lo yogurt fresco e non venissero prontamente rimpiazzate.|Piccole sbavature, ma che non ti aspetti da un hotel di questa categoria e non permettono di dare il massimo dei voti

M posto perfetto per chi arriva in auto a Lubiana. |Parti comuni davvero curate e pulite.|Camera silenziosa, letto moooolto comodo, pulitissima. |Bagno pulito e soprattutto caldo.|È un’ottima soluzione sapendo che ci si sposta in auto. Meglio raggiungere uno dei parcheggi park&ride dove si può lasciare l’auto in periferia e poi prendere il bus. In centro i parcheggi sono pochi e sono cari.|In alternativa va bene anche il taxi che costa sui 15€.|C’è un ampio parcheggio dove lasciare l’auto fuori dall’hotel.|Colazione varia e di qualità. |Per me un posto ideale per una sosta di 3 giorni.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel nel periodo di Capodanno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le parti comuni sono molto belle, ampie e curate. Bella la zona piscina/sauna, bella la zona ristorante e bar, dove tra l’altro si mangia molto bene. Piacevole tutta l’atmosfera che ti circonda. Le camere sono da Business Hotel senza caratteristiche particolari, funzionali ma non spaziosissime. La nostra purtroppo era vista “impalcatura “ poiché l’albergo si sta ampliando. Il personale gentile e disponibile. Ogni nostra richiesta è andata a buon fine. |I cani sono benvenuti, anche di taglia grande..peccato che il sovrapprezzo applicato sia un po’ sopra la media. |Una nota di merito per la colazione: veramente ottima e varia.|Consigliatissimo..solo ovviamente se siete in auto.

5 meritatissime stelle per il comfort delle camere: insonorizzate e con materasso e cuscini assolutamente comodi e di qualità. Ahimè ci abbiamo soggiornato durante le vacanze di Natale, spendendo ben 95 euro a persona per un cenone di fine anno al buffet, con bevande escluse ed un costo di 5 euro per una bottiglia d'acqua, ed una bassa qualità di cibo, assolutamente non adeguata al prezzo pagato e al "tono" che intende darsi l'hotel stesso.

Leider hatten wir einen enttäuschenden Aufenthalt. Wir hatten für 1Nacht gebucht. Die erste schlechte Erfahrung hattrn wir mit dem Babybett. Obwohl wir schon bei der Buchung bekanntgaben wurde uns beim Check in erst gesagt, dasa wir extra für das Babybett bezahlen müssen. Am Abend hatten wir dann das nächste Ereignis und zwar, dass wir einen Stinkekäfer im Bett hatten. Haben es nicht gemeldet. Am nächsten Tag war leider ein zweiter Stinkekäfer an der Decke. Draufhin haben wir dem Manager erzählt, was vorgefallen ist. Uns wurde nicht weitergeholfen und es wurde ignoriert mit der Aussage "Die Hotelanlage ist in einem Wald, da kann so etwas vorkommen. Sie hätten in der Stadt ein Hotel buchen müssen, wenn sie keine Käfer wollen!" Das ist für mich keine Ausrede. In keinem Hotelzimmer dürfen Käfer sein. Schon gar nicht in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Würde nicht mehr dort übernacht. Nicht empfehlenswert!

I have been using Ctrip and other platforms for more than ten years and have almost no comments. Let’s talk about what you’re not satisfied with:1. Could it be that the housing prices obtained by Ctrip are low? Several times, I was given the worst room on the entire floor. For example, this time, there was a room at the top of the floor, close to the workshop, with no view (every other room looked out to the forest), and this room had a concrete roof and construction site.2. Complaints about the hotel facilities - this shower room is extremely small, the folding door has a strange structure (the above two points are different from the promotional photos on the page), the switch is inconvenient and leaks; the shampoo pump is broken, and it can be released after pressing it ten times. Less than one milliliter (I don’t know if the room service forgot to add it, but it’s opaque and can’t be seen or opened). It's really unbearable for people who love cleanliness.3. I didn’t pay attention when booking the room/quickly ordered the breakfast. When I checked in, the front desk actively recommended breakfast and said it was cheaper to book now, as long as 'nine Euro'----but I charged 19 euros when I checked out/ Late, and regardless of the quality of the breakfast, it is not worthy of the 150 RMB ocean. I have been around the world for 20 years, and I have an English major with an eighth-level certificate. I can always understand the obvious pronunciation difference between nine and nineteen, so I don’t know if it is the waiter’s poor spoken language. It was still intentional. If it was 19 euros a meal, it would not be a deal at all. There was no dispute, the check-in and check-out were not the same waiters, so I left.I am going to Ruble again in a few days and will definitely not decide on this hotel again.
