Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and the service is great. Breakfast is robust with a ton of options, including plenty that are vegan. Beds are comfortable contrary to what others said, it was very quiet at night. It is far from the city center but worth staying at if you have a car.

Very nice experience. The location is quiet and nice, but having a car is recommended (the hotel is aprox. 5 km from city center of Ljubljana). Parking is available for guests, no extra charge. The room (we had a superior room) is top notch design wise, with very good sound insulation. Bed was perfect. Breakfast was good. We would return here with pleasure.

Paguei o preço de um Sheraton para ficar em hotel de beira de estrada sem água quente nem ar condicionado. Simplesmente o pior hotel da viagem! O pior de tudo é que mesmo reclamando na recepção nada fizeram. Após reclamar no apoio ao cliente da rede ofereceram-me 10% de desconto... Recomendo ficar longe deste "hotel"!

Great place to stay if you have a rental car- Hotel has free parking and the new wing is modern and super clean. Old town is about a 10 minute drive. 2 supermarkets within a 2 minute drive. If driving to Ljubljana old town, park in the "Tivoli I" parking lot. It's free on weekends.

The hotel is clean, specious and well equipped and on the ring road. Just 15 minutes by taxi from the city centre. The spa and gym faculties are new and good quality. Delicious breakfast with large varsity types of food. Helpful staff. A truly amazing masseuse called Sonja 85 massage and she was the best. I travelled a lot and had loads of massages and she is one of the best I have ever come across.

Albergo spettacolare a pochi passi da Lubiana e a 30 Min da Bled. Ci sono stato un paio di volte per lavoro. Immerso nel verde,ampio parcheggio,molto pulito,tanto spazio. Nell'albergo si può trovare una sauna,una palestra abbastanza attrezzata e una bellissima piscina. La colazione è continentale,abbondante e varia. Il ristorante interno ha prezzi nella norma,si mangia bene e sono molto cordiali. Consigliato

Hotel was good in general, the hotel I give 4 stars. However I am adding this review to outline the excellent service by the waitress ‘Iris’ in the Robin Restaurant. Her service was 5/5 stars. She was extremely friendly, efficient and had a natural way with customers - taking note of their needs. eg. Myself needing to eat quickly to leave for my work. The kitchen staff (the kitchen is open fronted) were also very friendly and helpful.

Nažalost u Spa tokom boravka nikada nitko nije bio. U jutarnjim satima sauna ne radi, na opasku koju iznio na recepciji sam dobio odgovor da sam se trebao javiti njima da ukljuce sto je smijesno za jedan hotel 5*. Ako pise da rade od 08:00h onda bi sve trebalo biti funkcionalno od tada. Ostalo sve ok

Wir hatten hier eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Kroatien gebucht. Deshalb war die Lage direkt an der Autobahn sehr gut. Urlaub würde ich dort nicht empfehlen. Viel zu weit weg von Stadt und allem anderen. Der Check in war eher eine Abfertigung als eine Begrüßung. Die Classic Zimmer sind bisschen älter und Preis Leistung stimmt dort nicht. Die Superior Zimmer sind in einem anderen Teil des Hotels und sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist mit 19 Euro pro Person viel zu teuer - besonders für Kinder völlig unangemessen. Dafür müsste das Buffet mehr als Standard bieten. Parken war bei der Übernachtung inklusive. Die Rechnung sollte man prüfen. Wir hatten Leistungen doppelt berechnet drauf.

Wir sind nur dahin um zur Tesla Ladestation zu kommen, die sich am Hotelparkplatz befindet. man muss erst einen Schranken passieren und ein Ticket ziehen. Nach 40 min laden mussten wir dann 2€ bei der Ausfahrt zahlen. Werden zukünftig eine andere Ladestation anfahren.
