Located at a secluded place, very quite and relaxing, far from the stressful noise of the city. Very modern interior designs and room facilities. Huge and regularly cleaned rooms with very comfortable bed and soft linens. Breakfast buffet was A-mazing! Only thing that's missing for a 5-star hotel service is actually the warm welcome and polite greetings of the staff. From the reception staff to the breakfast crew. But of course when you approach them, they are accommodating. The housekeepers felt like they're super shy. On our second day came two guys to fix the phone line in our room and they were very nice, polite and very professional how they spoke with us. And lastly, the massage was simply heaven!👌🏻

Simply great place to stay when you like to visit Ljubljana or make some short course around this beutifull city. Kind staff! Great services. The rooms are comfortable and silent. Worth to visit! Cozy place.

Wir hatten die Möglichkeit für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, in dem wir Meilen einlösten. Wir mussten also nicht zahlen. Sonst hätte ich wahrscheinlich noch einen Stern abgezogen. Es gibt wohl 2 Zimmerkategorien, die bei der Buchubg aber nicht direkt ersichtlich sind. Wir waren natürlich in der schlechteren Kategorie. Das Zimmer war schon recht "abgeschrabbelt". Der Teppich auf den Fluren schlecht verklebt (Achtung! Stolperfalle!). Den Pool haben wir wirklich sehr genossen! Das Frühstück war okay, aber für ein 4 Sterne Haus doch etwas dürftig. Etwas mehr Auswahl hätte nicht geschadet. Für maximal 2 Nächte ist es okay, aber länger nicht. Die Serviceorientiertheit des Personals (Rezeption, Cafe, Frühstücksraum, Restaurant) ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Fragen konnten.meist nicht beantwortet werden und man gab immer subtil.zu verstehen, dass man keine Lust auf Gäste hat Schade eigentlich. Das hotel hätte sicherlich mehr Potential.

Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstop auf der Durchreise. Aber länger als zwei Nächte würden wir hier nicht bleiben. Da es ein sehr großes Hotel ist kann es auch beim Frühstück sehr voll werden, und den Pool konnte man teils gar nicht nutzen weil es so voll war, es gibt kaum Liegen und auch keinen Ruheraum oder sowas. Die Essensmöglichkeiten im Hotel sind auch sehr begrenzt und eher unattraktiv, also lieber in Ljubljana essen gehen.
