We stayed from 19 to 22 December and were upgraded to Business Suite due to gold member (room is new, amenities are great). what i like the most is very comfortable matress and it's king size. Room is big as pictured at the hotel's website. Staffs there are very welcome. Unfortunately we didn't have a chance to try breakfast but really happy to stay there..

Immaculately clean rooms, amazingly helpful staff and easy free parking. We had breakfast which catered for every taste, you choose whatever you like and there's plenty of it. Definitely will come again when there is a price offer.

Room was lovely. May need to check the shampoo is filled up as there was none available. Food in the restaurant was really nice, although the fries were not great. Service was good.

Nice modern and contemporary hotel with everything you would need. Only one night here and I would have dearly loved to spend more time here and in the City. Maybe next time as I intend to do both! The ONLY downside and the reason I cannot award 5 Stars this time is because of the continuous on-loop music playing in......the corridors leading to each hotel room. When I went to bed I could hear it playing but assumed that it would be on some sort of timer and would end after I fell asleep. Wrong. At 0200 I awoke to the unmistakable Christmas song ‘When a child is born’ by Jonny Mathis. Never liked him before and after hearing him and a host of other festive hits for the next 4 hours as I drifted back and forth I cannot now stand him! PLEASE, PLEASE Four Points@Ljubljana - do a way with this pointless (in the guest corridors and at night) Muzak!

Stay was great, especially given the COVID-19 situation and related complications. While quite some distance from the centre, next to the highway, so easy to reach any point in Ljubljana.

Had a nice stay in the new hotel wing. Got an upgrade to a suite by the system, seen that the day before in the app. All new room, everythin in working order, however some smallish details were strange - guest toilet and washroom have water, soap - but no towels, and no place to locate them at all. Strange. No Titanium recognition at all in hotel, however was great before Covid. No drinks, no fruits/sweets/wine, no welcome note. Room has no hotel folio, in-room dining menu (avail on TV), and no room info - you have to ask, how to call a colleague room-to-room, this could be put on the phone. Good internet. Good pool and gym. Nice filing breakfast. All in all a nice stay, however no other choice in Ljubljana - would surely stay here again. The hotel is away from the center, with great road access.

Stayed here a few years ago, have great memories. Don't recall any issues. Last week, a conference was held here for tunneling - great venue, awesome staff. Very professional for events

Prekrasan hotel u Ljubljani sa savremenim stajlingom i originalnošću. Odličan spa centar i ugodne cene. Ovo će mi od sada biti omiljeni hotel kad dodjem u Ljubljanu.

Please never stay at this hotel! The staff at the reception is so disrespectful and irresponsible. The pricing on the Booking site is also purely for the purpose of misleading people. I have been staying at this hotel for many years, but a lot things has changed in the last 2 years. I definitely do not recommend this hotel anymore!
