Very good breakfast, staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. Youtube and Netflix didnt work on TV, but its not necessary. Maybe some toothpaste will be good for comfort.

Update 22 October 2023: my other dinners at the restaurant were better than the one mentioned in my earlier review. In the meantime, the GM and marketing manager got in touch to apologise for my experience with a complimentary dinner and a nice chat over a beer on how the service can be improved. Great that they are so welcoming for feedback and looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Its what I expect from a good Bonvoy-affiliated hotel. Earlier review (16 October 2023): Decent hotel in a lovely location, in the middle of a forest, a little far away from the centre of Ljubljana. Good breakfast, but the restaurant Robin is a little hit and miss. Dinner on Saturday was good, as was lunch on Sunday, but I had 'roast' beef there for dinner on Sunday and it was cold, raw and hard to chew. I complained to my waiter, who told me he was sorry, but still charged me for it. I am here for a long stay so this review will be updated. I hope service at the restaurant improves.

As a Sheraton, it is indeed quite different from domestic ones. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very poor. No one cares about it when entering. No one takes the menu. It only serves foreigners. I don’t know if this is the case.
