We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, and we were satisfied with their services, the location of the hotel is 15 minutes away from the center of Ljubljana and is closer to the highway, with wide parking area and charging station for the electric cars. At the front of the reception you'll find their bar with outdoor seating. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfy bed, have a safe, and mini bar. During breakfast they have live cooking and the food was excellent, there's a lot of choices, from sweets to salted foods, fruits and salads. Staff are very friendly.

Hotel pal naast de snelweg, ideaal voor op doorreis. Kamers keurig en ontbijt fantastisch. Live gemaakte omeletten en flensjes naar eigen wens en veel keuze. |Prijs ligt wat aan de hogere kant voor ff hotel op doorreis maar je merkt wel dat je er ook waar voor krijgt!

Kundenservice 0 und das in einem Sheraton Hotel! Ich war während des Tesla Superchargen in dem Hotel um zu essen. Da ich mit meinem Sohn (1,5 Jahre) dort war, bestellte ich eine kleine Portion von dem Risotto von der Karte. Laut Kellnerin kein Problem. Bekommen haben wir eine normale viel zu große Portion. Als ich dies dem Kellner mitteilte der uns die Speisen servierte, meinte er es gäbe keine kleine Portion, aber er frage bei der Kellnerin welche die Bestellung aufnahm nach. Gekommen ist dann der "Manager" und teilte mir mit das es Ihm leid tut, aber es gibt normalerweise keine kleinen Portionen. Auf Wunsch jedoch wird eine solche zubereitet aber der Preis bleibt gleich! 13,50€. Nach ewigem hin und her und keiner Einsicht des Managers, musste ich 13,50€ bezahlen, weil das Servicepersonal nicht im Stande war mir dies im Vorfeld zu sagen! In Sachen Kundenservice eine absolute Katastrophe und ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass derartig mit Kunden diskutiert wird. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich hier auch nur auf das Restaurant und den Service. Das Essen selbst ist für den hohen Preis auch Qualitativ nicht in Ordnung. Der Burger war OK aber die Pommes viel zu fettig. Das Risotto ungewürzt und fad im Geschmack. Fazit: Ich komme nicht wieder - was dem Hotel wahrscheinlich egal ist :-) Aber: Nicht auf den Kunden einzugehen und den vollen Preis für eine halbe Portion essen zu verrechnen ist nicht in Ordnung und sollte (falls diese Bewertung gelesen wird) korrigiert werden.

Nice hotel, really comfortable bed, amazing breakfast, the only negative thing was that the toilet wasn't clean properly and you can hear the noise from the highway next to the hotel. But in general was pretty good!

위치가 정말 좋다. 고속도로 옆이라서, 류블라냐 어느 곳이나 손쉽게 갈수 있다. 조식은 간결한 메뉴이나 식당은 큰 편이다. 룸컨디션은 매우 좋고 화장실도 깨끗하다. 어매니티는 별것은 없고, 칫솔 치약도 없으니 미리 챙겨가자. 직원들은 매우매우 친절하다. 동유럽 특유의 불친절함은 찾아볼 수 없었다. 호텔은 약 4층 규모의 부티크 호텔 스타일이지만 전체적인 관리상태는 매우 좋다. 시내 나가기도 편하니 출장과 관광에 두루 어울리는 호텔이라 하겠다. 공항까지는 택시로 25분 정도 거리이고, 시내까지도 25분이면 충분한 거리이다. 주변이 상권은 아니지만, 조용하게 휴식하기에는 좋은 호텔이다. 귀여운 1층 바에서 생맥주 한잔도 좋다.
