Wir waren wieder für 2 Tage auf der Durchreise hier, unsere positiven wie konstruktiven Anmerkungen sind wie bei unserer Maireise, da sich nichts geändert hat, also halte ich mich diesmal kurz|Für das regnerische Wetter wird sich das Hotel wohl auch nicht verantwortlich fühlen 😂|Wir kommen wieder, wenn wir Ljubljana besuchen,es lohnt sich

Do not use taci from reception, it turned out to be about double the price for me €17, which is usually 8 to 10. USE an app called CAMMEO for taxi in Slovenia. A lot cheaper. Otherwise, Very nice hotel, clean comfortable rooms, spa, sauna, pool, showers and massage, beautiful and nicely designed conference rooms. The location is a bit far in the edge of Ljubljana, but all the surroundings are covered by trees. Takes about 10 to 15 minutes from center and about €10 for taxi.

Tesla Supercharger Um am Tesla Supercharger laden zu können, muß man erst einmal eine Zugangsgebühr bezahlen!!! Wie elitär ist das denn? Ich kann nur empfehlen die Gebühr nicht zu bezahlen und die Schranke zu umfahren!!!

I was initially excited to stay in this fairly large newer hotel... but the stay was a fail. ||||The staff was professional and there was ample parking. Wifi also worked well.||||But - I judge hotels on two main things - cleanliness and quietness. My Marriott preferences indicate high room. I arrived and was given a room on the ground floor. I expressed concerns and was told that it would definitely be quiet. Unfortunately, that wasn't exactly correct - I heard people in the room above me walking on the wooden floors and moving things (luggage maybe) until 3 AM. I also heard music most of the night. Multiple times I also heard something metal outside - not sure if it was drunk people on the metal stairs near my room. ||||The room was clean but the shower didn't drain properly and, as a result, you'd stand in your own dirty water. The drains also make weird noises a few minutes after a shower or flushing the toilet. ||||The safe was locked in the open position and not usable. ||||Marriott Gold - no upgrade because the hotel was full... which is fine.... but I would have appreciated a quiet room.||||I spoke with someone the morning of my departure and she was apologetic and kind. She comped my coffee and offered me a slice of cake. She didn't seem surprised by the noise. She offered to find me a quieter return on my next trip. I was grateful for her concern but indicated there wouldn't be another stay. But I definitely appreciated her concern... although wondered why the other person didn't see fit to put me in the newer wing which is supposedly quieter. ||||I don't recommend this hotel and find it below the standards of the Marriott Brand. The sound proofing here is atrocious and there seems to be attention-to-detail issues.

We have just returned from celebrating our wedding anniversary during our 6 day stay at this hotel. The hotel is superb in every aspect our room, the amenities, the pool, bar and restaurant serving excellent food, both breakfast and dinner at night. Exactly as you would expect of a Sheraton Hotel. However the excellence, at the Four Points Ljubljana is above that, because of the staff. Over and above the call of duty in all departments. Totally professional as you would expect but friendly, helpful and caring it was a pleasure to be in their company, beyond the service we were receiving. I can only conclude that anyone having a criticism of this hotel they simply could not have asked a member of staff as nothing was too much trouble.
