Hands down, my favorite hotel when visiting Houston! They just get it right when it comes to quality and service. Best bars (both) and restaurants too! On my most recent visit, Brittany at the front desk, went above and beyond and out of her way by getting me some of that amazing smelling hand soap they have in the lobby toilets. It wasn't inexpensive but she wrapped it up and put in a nice bag for me when I was leaving. My only add would be that they bring back their hotel shuttle as I'm usually attending some entertainment event when visiting like the Astros baseball game or a concert. I asked ahead of time from the outside door manager and he said they no longer run one, that it'd be faster for me to call an Uber. Wow...I expect more when paying more at a hotel like this. I travel all over the world and most 5-star hotels here in the U.S. simply don't come close to measuring up compared to their 5-star European counterparts. We need to do a better job here guys. Come on.

We had a great stay at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. We came for a weekend stay for a wedding we attended in the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and the wedding venue was stunning. All the staff were friendly and very attentive. The food and drinks were delicious. And it’s pet friendly !! ||Overall we had such a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, good service, the suite room is gorgeous. I arrived very late, but it got 24hr room service burger that tasted super delicious. Will stay again the next time I visit Houston. The view downtown is amazing too, it’s a great location.

Only stopped by for breakfast, food was outstanding, great atmosphere… highly recommend… room prices were reasonable for the four seasons, but couldn’t get out of the prepaid room we had 😢

Amazing staff. People are so nice!!! Bayou and bar was a tad pricey, but felt reasonable. Regret not trying ToroToro. Building feels a tad dated, but at the same time, it is updated and has the feeling of being nicely refurbished. Location is great for walking to convention center. $5-10 Uber Ride to many up and coming areas where you would want to explore restaurants. Houston downtown is not the happening place it once was with only a few bright spots.. Xochi.

Went for a pool day and ended up not being able to enter the pool. The water looked extremely cloudy and murky. Ordered a salad from the poolside food menu but it had a long dark hair in it. The hotel smelled great on the way in but I'm assuming they ran into sewer issues on the way out as the entire downstairs area smelled like backed up sewage. Unfortunately this location is not worth the price point at all.

One of our best hotel stays ever. The standard of excellence is incredibly high and it shows in the details. The Valet, the front desk, the lobby, the cleanliness of everything, and the room was immaculate. We also utilized the spa and got massages which were world class. Highly recommend!

Eh more like the 2 seasons. I've yet to see 4 seasons in Houston. Location has a very interesting drive up area. It almost blends into the road

I had my car given to the doorman for valet. The next day my car was given to me with damage to its front passenger fender. I protested & asked to see camera footage as they have cameras all over the property. They did not let me see the video but called me a few days later & said it was not their fault.

Had lunch at Toro with a client. Menu is very limited and typical overpriced hotel lunch. Service was fair at best and food was just ok.
