Neprijatnost ! Koristili smo uslugu Galerija rums na putu ka Rimu iz Beograda.U povratku odlucimo da ponovimo i pauzu napravimo na istom mestu.Rezervisemo i platimo smestaj.Najavimo dolazak do 20 h.Zbog velike saobracajne guzve u putu mi stignemo u 21 h .u hotelu nije bilo nikoga i na telefon se niko nije javio.Veliki bezobrazluk.Zao mi je sto put od 750 km.nisam uspela da isplaniram u minut.Novec nece da vrata.A mi smo morali da ,onako umorni trazimo hotel ispočetka.Ovaj hotel nema parking i ako na sajtu stoji da ima.Obidjite u širokom luku ovaj hotel i vrlo bezobraznu domacicu.Zelim da kazem da zelim svoj novac nazad!

We had a very bad experience at this hotel: the central heating didn't work and they didn't gave us the air con remote control to be able to turn the hot air on so we were quite cold during our stay. The staff didn't seem to worry at all about our complains neither they tried to find a solution. Moreover, the TV had a white line on the screen, they only gave us a tiny gel bottle for the whole stay for the 2 of us and there wasn't any room service while we were there. Reception hours were also unreliable, starting at 11am and finishing at 8pm makes the check-in/check-out complicate for some guests. It is a shame because the hotel could be great if they spend a little time taking care of the space and the guests but instead it's very precarious.

It's located next to a degrated area. The owner is also very rude to the other people that live in the building. I would suggest Lipa in the center of Ljubljana.

Die Galeria Rooms ist leider die dreckigste Unterkunft, in der ich seit langem untergekommen bin. Unter dem Bett war eine getragene Binde und viel Staub und das kleine Einmalshampoo im Bad war halb leer. Wahrscheinlich wurde hier nicht sauber gemacht obwohl wir uns bei der Servicekraft nach der Beschwerde über die Binde danach erkundigt hatten und sie uns genau das versicherte. Ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten. Die Servicekraft war sehr in Eile und hatte sich keine Zeit für uns genommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel über WhatsApp war zielführend und unkompliziert.

Delusi appena arrivati , pensavamo di aver prenotato un hotel con l agenzia ma in effetti trovato un affittacamere. Camera non troppo curata con lenzuoli usurati servizio scadente e palazzina esternamente e anche l interno Ingresso infissi e impianti elettrici decadenti. Unica cosa positiva la posizione centrale.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible and they don’t live in the real world. I needed to check in later because my flight was delayed by 6 hours. This was obviously out of my control but all the Galeria Rooms said was that if I didn’t get there by 22:00 they would put it as a no show, and even if I got there before that they would charge me €10.

unfortunately booked the wrong day via booking.com (I know it's my fault). So i called the office to switch the day or at least to get my money back. Both things were not possible. This is absolutely disappointing !

The place is nice, the location is also quite good. The staff was super friendly on our arrival. The room was clean and it also had a nice massage chair which I wasn't expecting. Recommended for a trip with friends.

Nagyon szép és igényes volt a szállás, a recepciós pedig lelkes volt és kedves. Ami negatívum volt, hogy a fűtés nagyon lassan indult be a szobában, illetve hogy ha már adtak teát (csésze + filter + cukor), akkor miért nem adtak hozzá kiskanalat.

Il posto e a 500mt dal centro ottima posizione prezzi economici poltrona massaggiante in stanza ma la stanza aveva qualche problema letto e cuscini scomodi,piumino piccolo e la acqua del water che scorreva sempre, parcheggio all interno della struttura a pagamento 10€ al giorno

Bellissima, soprattutto la posizione una volta che parcheggi l auto non la prendi più, posizionato al centro, pieno di locali e ristoranti. La nostra stanza era super spaziosa dotata di frigo, microonde e una TV molto grande. Abbiamo passato il capodanno i locali sempre aperti non chiudono mai. Consigliato

Prostorna soba, lastna kopalnica, udobna postelja, dober TV s časovnim zamikom, odlična lokacija.

the room was good wide and clean... the location is good it's close to the city center... the area is calm... there is a big TV in the room have a lot of channels and HBO.... the heating is not the best to be honest specially for a cold winter in the end of November and it took hours until the room became warm... there was a good massage chair in the room but there is no microwave "not even in the common area"... there was a boiler "kettle" in the room and two bags of tea but there was no sugar or coffee the reception team were responding fast through the phone calls or whatsapp specially receptionist Nina Ocvirk she was so kind and helpful... and she explained everything to us around the city like the restaurants and cofe shops ETC. for day or two i recommend this place

Very disappointing, uncomfortable floppy, half-filled pillows, and they only had one type, no spares to try to build up something comfortable. Receptionist whilst friendly, is not there much. Toilet did not flush properly and the shower head was held up on the bracket by means of a plastic bag!! |The supposed massage chair did not work, the room was not perfectly clean, the wifi was slow. The only good thing was the parking, but it came at a daily cost. |We found ourselves there on a Sunday morning, and with no coffee in the room you need to go and find some. Where to go was not communicated with us and so we had to search and found nothing open until about 10am when the coffee shops slowly started to open. |Overall we did not like this place, it’s cheap and this should have been an indication of what was to come. We only stayed one night and informed them that we were leaving but were refused a refund for the remaining night. A non flushing toilet is unacceptable, still no refund. We were offered another room, but with same awful pillows, same weak wifi etc … same missing receptionist, same non coffee … so we left. No, we don’t recommend this place.
