What a nice introduction to Slovenia - really nice small classy hotel in downtown Maribor. The Garden Rooms are an annex to the main hotel just a few minutes walk away and a stone's throw from the river. Super clean modern well equipped rooms in a great location - easy access secure parking (12 EUR per night)..a great breakfast and very professional service on the front desk. Highly recommended.

Amazing and awesome. I am so thrilled to have stayed way to shortly ion my beautiful Garden Room 4 in that marvelous city. Hotel Maribor did a perfect job in setting this all up. The rooms a little away from the hectic bubble, the breakfast room aqnd some restaurants perfectly nestled in the center. A place to definitely come back. Fully satisfied. In awe. Great guys.

Garden Rooms ist ein Nebengebäude vom Hotel Maribor. Das ein- auschecken so wie das Frühstück findet im Haupthaus statt, welches wenige hundert Meter vom Nebengebäude entfernt liegt. Beide Gebäude liegen in einem verkehrsberuhigten Gebiet, was die Anreise mit dem Auto etwas komplizierter macht. Andererseits sind die Zimmer hierdurch auch schön ruhig. Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen.

Great little hotel in centre of Maribor town. Split across a couple of sites. The Garden Rooms are 2 minutes walk from the main hotel. Very quiet area. Although it's in a pedestrian zone, there is a dedicated car park across the road from the hotel. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby with some where you can get a 10% discount by having your bill charged back to your hotel room.

Pros: Location Scenery USB plug on nightstand Soap and shampoo Complementary vine and coffee Cons: Shower head clogged and broken. Stream of water from rain shower hurts and is not pleasant. Mold in the shower. The sink counter is made of chipped wood panel (not waterproof). It is swollen and broken. Soap and shampoo is available but, no shower cap, no cotton sticks, no room slippers, no bag, no lotion ... 4 stars for what exactly? At breakfast - tables were not cleaned after previus guests, stains of glass and food were clearly seen. Juice is as artificial as juice can get. Hygienic standards are nothing to be complemented, rather criticized. They additionall chareged me something called "Promotional Tax" in the amount of 1.26€ for a one night stay. What is that? From where? Why? Nobody mentioned it and it was not seen from the booking. Overall: See the pictures and video. I am not a demanding person. But I notice things and I like to feel I am in a clean environment. Just some level of comfort and hygiene if you are claiming to be a 4-star hotel and offer something more. Meh ... I have no wish to come back. Not impressed...

Great experience! 😊 The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and the bed is super comfy. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. And a big plus for us - the hotel is dog friendly 🐕

We had a wonderful night here. The rooms and the garden was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was proper. The location is perfect.
