Horrible experience. Bad bad bad service. They were still finishing construction work when we stayed there so, some parts of the hotel were still in work process, which is not correct for 4 stars hotel.|Breakfast was poor and usually no caffe. When you ask for caffe they answer "We did not have time to make it!". First day we had some boiled eggs but next morning those eggs were not cooked at all. When I asked them to cook them they told me "This is not my problem!" and did not cook them later so they were uneatable. Wellness zona was in construction work, that no body told us, so when we wanted to go they sent us to another hotel and told us to go over a part of the land next to the hotel where is construction site, and all at night. We tried to pass but it was impossible so we had to decide not to go. This is just a bit of problems in that hotel.|I do not recomend this hotel.

Prva stvar ovo nikako nije hotel sa 4 zvjezdice; ne znam jel da spomenem da nema bazen/jacuzzi ili da jedan dan nisu uopce radile saune ili da u sobama nije bilo nikakve dodatne kozmetike osim kapa za tusiranje. Sobarice su na kolicima uredno vozale te male sampone i kozmetiku i slape ali u sobe ih nisu stavljale. Ogrtac i plahta za saunu. Postoji da ali moras ju sam traziti na recepciji hotela, ne u sauni. Dorucak/vecera. Tri do pet jela standard pripremljenih. Jedno jutro nestalo kajgane, nije to problem nego nije bilo nadopunjavanja. Sok od narandze iz automata tesko je komentirati. Plusevi su izuzetni polozaj samog hotela, relativno ljubazno osoblje i jedan stariji gospon s recepcije bas pravi old school recepcionar, i velicina i cistoca soba.

Narava super, snežne radosti, a pijača draga pa tudi hrana ni presežek, je pa za to Koča Koča primeren kraj za napolnite želodec.

Let’s put it this way. I am by no mean demanding customer and I can understand a whole lot of situations. But… 2 stars cause of the clean, big room and poor staff that had to deal with this plane crash disaster. This is not by no means a 4 star hotel. Maybe it will be one day but now it is a construction site. The Mountvacation agecncy that advertised this disaster and took money for it should be held accountable. Bellevue is understaffed, in two days I saw one receptionist, 3 cleaning ladys for whole premises 2 waiters and one student who wasn’t even dressed as a waiter. Wellnes is closed. Construction workers are everywhere, in and out. There is no nothing, including FOOD. I came to dinner around 7 (dinner is from 6-8) and there were empty trays. People with children are staying here and everyone who did’t came to dinner at 6.00 stayed hungry. People are leaving, protesting, demanding their money back. Kinda reminds me of Fyre festival. Oh, I even didn’t get toilet paper in bathroom, good thing I always carry that around (being from ex- socialist country and having to deal with many no- paper situations including hospital and IBS). So…I could go on and on… food that was served was let’s put it like this; level of some public kitchen for homeless, and by no means I am saying, not eatable, but on that level of service. So, for 200e a night you get; hot water, clean sheets and an occasional meal. In 20 years of travelling this is a far most biggest disappointment. When you book a hostel you expect hostel and pay for it. When you book 4 stars you at least expect food 🤷♀️ What an embarrassment for Slovenian tourism. And the owners are Slovene.

We book an apartment but in the end we revived only 2 connected rooms with outdated furnitures.Hotel sauna, included in the initial deal, wasn’t working and we were sent to another hotel for it. Food was mediocre at maximum but most of the time was missing, especially if you are not on it at the first hour. Hotel bar was open but most of the time no one was on the bar to serve, so you need to wait up to 30 minutes. So, I’m couple of words: terrible hotel with terrible services.

Bil sem samo na pijači ne v hotelu. Lokacija na vrhu pohorja je zelo vabljiva, sploh z okni navzven. Postrezba je malo šepala.

Usluga koju navode da pružaju, nisu pružili. Nema švedskog stola nego posluže isto jelo svim gostima i to nešto najjeftinije, katastrofa pripremljeno, kuhar totalno neprofesionalan. Nema mogućnosti izbora niti prilagodbe obroka. Konobari neljubazni. Osoblje konstantno u svađi i dernjavi. Gosti nemaju mira ni za vrijeme obroka a ni u sobama. Sve se čuje iz susjednih soba a još više iz hodnika. Nikad nije dovoljno tiho za spavanje ni po noći, a još manje za vrijeme popodnevnog odmora. Brave za otključavanje vrata od sobe neispravne. Saune nisu u funkciji, bazen nemaju. Nefunkcionalna i ski soba, gosti ski opremu mogu jedino odnjeti u sobu, no ne radi im ni lift. Recepcionari neprofesionalni i neljubazni. Spremačice rijetko kad dolaze, a na hodnicima ne znaju niti pozdraviti. Hotel u radovima, sve puno prašine, nered, više radnika nego gostiju, konstantna buka. Sve naplačeno po punoj cijeni a nikog od gostiju unaprijed ne obavijeste o stanju hotela, nemogučnosti pristupa niti jednoj navedenoj usluzi, kao ni o općenitom stanju hotela koji nije za primanje gostiju.
