Grand Hotel Sava Rogaška nas je ugodno iznenadio. Nismo znali što očekivati ali od samog dolaska smo bili ugodno iznenađeni. Hotel ima više vrsta soba, mi smo bili u najpovoljnijoj opciji i sobe su OK, iako bi trebalo lagano razmišljati o uređenju istih. Sobe čiste, uredne, posteljina također, čistačice su tu svako jutro ukoliko Vam nešto treba, rado će Vas poslužiti. Nismo bili tu zbog soba. Bazen je velik pokraj kojeg se nalaze dva jacuzzija s toplom vodom. Iako je hotel bio pun, na bazenu nije bilo guzve. Ako ste u prilici posjetite njihov ROI SPA centar, mi smo bili i bilo nam je fenomenalno, pet sauna i to Slana soba, Parna sauna, Infracrvena sauna, Sanarium i Finsku saunu. Atmosfera ugodna, opuštajuća, idealna za odmor. Za doručak je bio "švedski" stol gdje je izbor stvarno bio velik od mliječnih proizvoda, žitarica, jaja peciva, salama, namaza, stvarno velik izbor. Jedini im je minus što je aparat za kavu, aparat za sokove i pult s salamama zbijen jedan na drugoga pa s obzirom da je red za kavu velik skoro pa nemoguće je doći do pulta s salamama. Večera je također "švedski" stol, no izbor nije ni približno toliko velik kao za doručak, no vjerojatno će svi pronaći nešto za sebe. Da nas je vrijeme poslužilo iznajmili bi si bicikle i krenuli u istraživanje Rogaške slatine mnogobrojnim biciklističkim stazama.

L'hotel colpisce in tutti i settori con una grande professionalità, cordialità, competenza, pulizia e una posizione eccellente. È stata la nostra prima volta in questa località e in questo hotel e abbiamo già prenotato il nostro prossimo soggiorno. Consigliatissimo. Grazie a tutto il personale per il piacevole soggiorno. Colazione a buffet perfetta, se avete allergie come me (glutine e lattosio) nessun problema, ho trovato qualcosa per me ogni giorno! Anche l'acqua termale calda della piscina Lotus è un sogno. Non vedo l'ora di trascorrere altri giorni meravigliosi.

Boravak u Grand Hotelu Sava u Rogaškoj Slatini bio je izvanredno iskustvo. Smještaj je bio udoban i prostran, a osoblje izuzetno ljubazno i profesionalno. Posebno smo uživali u raznovrsnoj i ukusnoj hrani koja se nudi u restoranu. Bazen unutar hotela je prava oaza mira i opuštanja, savršen za relaksaciju nakon aktivnog dana. Čitav hotel odiše luksuzom i pažnjom prema detaljima, što je dodatno upotpunilo naš odmor. Toplo preporučujemo ovaj hotel svakome tko traži vrhunski doživljaj u srcu prirode.

Soba je ok veličine, ali madraci su propali, ulegnuti, mekani, hitno promijeniti madrace. Hrana je odlična, veliki izbor raznih jela, slatkiša, voća. Poseban pozdrav mladim konobarima vrlo su ljubazni.

Sehr schöner Kur Ort, fast keine Kinder deshalb ist Ruhe garantiert. Sehr zu empfehlen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und gut. Die Saunen sind schön und sauber, Schwimmbad ist mit Thermalwasser. Ganz zu schweigen von der schönen Umgebung, ideal zum Wandern und Entspannen.

Das Hotel ist sehr hell und schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Ausgezeichnete Wifi-Verbindung, das Personal freundlich und einladend. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit Obst, Joghurt, Omelett, Müsli und den üblichen Wurst- und Käsesorten war gut und reichhaltig.

Complaint about the rules and the attitude of the reception manager and about the level of maintenance of the rooms at the SAVA hotel in Rogaška, Slovenia||I should mention that Slovenia is a lovely country and its people are kind and welcoming and that this is the first time I have complained about the attitude and the level of maintenance of any hotel.||At the SAVA hotel in Rogaška, the public areas are beautiful and well-kept and most of the staff there were welcoming.||The problem is in the treatment of management and unacceptable laws, the maintenance of the rooms and equipment in the rooms.||The statements made by Leah's manager at the reception desk on the day of departure are unacceptable such as: "Leave and don't come again, I will call the police if you don't pay, we photograph and record everywhere and you are recorded and we can check your every recording" and other offensive statements on the day of departure.||||Unreasonable procedures:||||1. According to a management order, it was not allowed to serve plain water in the hotel restaurant at dinner and not to prepare personal water bottles. This order endangers the health of vacationers||According to the local doctor: you should drink normal water every day and all day at least 1.5-2 liters after drinking DONAT water, for the need of this water we came to ROGASHKA||In this place, the hotel manager not only does not put water facilities everywhere, but prevents people from drinking freely in the restaurant at dinner and only sells mineral water in bottles - which may cause damage to vacationers. I personally know that there were people who really suffered from problems due to dehydration. A manager requires the employees to pass and follow the guests and forbid drinking water that they brought from outside - that's what I was told about the bottle of water I had.||||2. We did not have an appointment with a doctor|| They sent us to a nurse even though we asked for and paid for an appointment with a doctor.||Only after three days we got an appointment with the doctor at a place called Medical Center and the hotel was angry that we insisted on it.||||3. The equipment in the room was old and worn and not maintained properly - in the bathroom the toilet seat was broken or not firmly attached, because of this my husband almost fell. We complained about dampness in the bathroom and asked to check what the problem was, they decided to move us to another room for the night - 219 And then they demanded payment for a change and accommodation in a new room. I refused to pay, their claim was that the wetness on the floor was our fault, I should point out that if the toilets were in order the "human error" would not have happened, this is how you treat a person who is close to 80? Shame!!||||Another problem was upon departure - they demanded from us a payment of 29 euros for an additional treatment at the spa, even though we did not ask. The claim was that they spoke to my husband and he gave his consent. Since I wasn't present at the time and don't really know what happened, we paid.||I just know that my husband does not make such decisions without me. If a hotel adds expenses, it must sign the customer and transfer information before the day of departure and this is not done.||The other poor equipment in the room:||The mattresses were sunken, squeaked and also slipped from their base and every night we would pick them up again||The pillows were torn and it was not possible to sleep on them even though we took 2 each.||The air conditioner did not work properly and indicated 26 degrees at night and the heat was severe.||The room was not cleaned every day, after three days I complained to the cleaner that the toilet and shower have not been cleaned for two days and a piece of soap has been lying on the floor for several days. They just made the bed.||People were allowed to smoke on the balconies and in the yard and around and smoke got everywhere, even though the hotel was defined as green and non-smoking - it is a spa hotel and also pretends to maintain health.|||| I should note that I didn't tell all this at the reception, I just understood that it wasn't worth it.||After all this, on the day of departure, the manager Leah at the reception, shouted in my face that she still remembers the problem of changing the room and said that we are not welcome in their hotel and in Slovenia, I said that we do not plan to return to the hotel and I will try to prevent Israelis from coming to this hotel because of the bad attitude and sensitivity of the management. I also told her that they behave in an indirect manner and do not respect the guests.||||We stayed in room 418, dates June 25 to July 8 2024|| Michal Tainovich

שמי- ברמן קרן והזמנתי חופשה משפחתית לתאריכים 25/6 – 8/7 במלון הנ"ל. ההזמנה בוצעה בחודש יוני לאחר התלבטויות רבות כאשר מיקום החדרים היה בגדר בקשה ולא מחויבות.בקשתי לציין שברצוני לקבל חדר על יד החברים איתם נסענו לנופש זה, קרוב למעלית ולנוף הנפלא הנשקף מחזית המלון. כאשר הגענו למלון, קיבלתי חדר עם נוף לקיר מלון זגרב בצבע צהוב , רחוק מאד מהמעלית והפונה לצד דרום (הכי חם). המזגן הציג טמפרטורה של כ-26 מעלות אך הרגשנו חום של 36 מעלות צלסיוס.וכך זה היה לאורך כל השהות שלנו .איכות המיזוג במלון זה הייתה מאד מאד נמוכה. ביקשתי מייד להחליף את החדר (שלחתי אליך מיידית מייל בנדון) כשנאמר לי ע"י גברת לאה (מנהלת הקבלה) שאין חדרים פנויים, אבל אם נשלם 30 יורו, יחליפו לנו את החדר ברמה זהה . לאה הציעה גם לעבור לחדר לוקס תמורת תשלום של 50 יורו ליום. לאחר דין ודברים, סגרנו שאם יתפנה חדר ברמה שלנו, הסכמתי לשלם 30 יורו ונעבור לחדר הפונה לצד הקריר יותר ואפשר יהיה לנשום. כך עברה קבלת פנים שלנו בקבלת המלון. ביום עזיבתנו ב- check out ,הציגו לנו שיש לנו חוב ( לא שלנו) של כ-17 יורו ששתינו יין והזמננו פלטה מזון במסעדה בצד הדרומי של מלון זגרב. אבקש להדגיש כי לא היינו שם בכלל. ביקשתי מלאה-מנהלת הקבלה, לראות את קבלת התשלום של המסעדה הנ"ל ואמרתי ללאה שזאת לא קבלה שחתונה על ידי, וכמובן אני לא אשלם את התשלום שהוא חוב לא שלי. לאה התחילה לצעוק שאני משקרת והיא בדקה הכל והחוב הוא שלי וכך ביישה אותי לפני כל הנוכחים.היא גם צעקה שהיא לא רוצה אנשים כמונו במלון שלה וגם לא בסלובניה ושלא נחזור אליהם . אני מאד נפגעתי. אני אדם הגון וישר, על כך יעידו כל מכירי ולקרוא לי שקרנית להתווכח בשביל 17 יורו לא מתאים לי, אך העקרון של צדק וכבוד חשוב בעיניי. לאה צרחה ואיימה שהיא לא תתן לנהג (חברת הסעות חזרה לשדה התעופה) לצאת לדרך וכל הקבוצה תשאר במלון ולא נגיע לטיסה. אם לא נשלם, היא תזמין משטרה ויאסרו אותי. בשלב זה ביקשתי לראות את המלצרית של המסעדה שהוציאה את הקבלה וחייבה את החדר שלנו (שלפי דברי לאה היא כבר בדקה עם המלצרית ולאה יודעת שזאת אני ). המלצרית הגיע לקבלה וכשראתה אותי מייד אמרה שלא ראתה אותי ולא אני הייתי אצלם במסעדה. במקום שלאה תתנצל על הכפשת שמי ברבים, ולאחר שדרשתי זאת מספר פעמים, היא בקושי פלטה מילת sorry מתחת לאף וניתקה איתי קשר. לדעתי , לאנשים כמו לאה אין מקום בתחום התיירות ויחסי שרות לקוחות. כבוד הדדי ויחס הוגן זה דבר חשוב. הייתי רוצה להאמין שיעשה בירור בפרשה הנ"ל. הנושאים: צעקות וצרחות מול לקוח לקבוע מי יגיע לסלובניה ולמלון סבא או לרוגשקה הלבנת פני בנוכחות רבים ועלבונות אישיים ללא סיבה שקר לגבי בדיקת אמיתות הקבלה יחד עם זאת ברצוני לציין כי החדרים היו נקיים, האוכל המלון סביר,וטיפולים שקיבלנו בספא היו בסדר.

המזגן לא עבד, החדרים קטנים, צוות בקבלה גרוע ביותר. צרחו על אמא שלי והאשימו אותה ללא הצדקה. חייבו עבור שירותים נוספים שלא סופקו בכלל. תחזוקה במקום גרועה, ודרוש שיפוץ.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war das Schwimmbad mit Thermalwasser. Das Wasser ist hervorragend und es war unglaublich entspannend, es hat mir und meiner Frau sehr gut getan. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Vielen Dank an Natasa von der Rezeption. Ihr habt unseren Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt gemacht.

Vor kurzem hatte ich das Vergnügen, im Grand Hotel Sava in Rogaska Slatina zu übernachten, und meine Erfahrungen waren sehr positiv. Ein besonderes Highlight war das heilende Magnesiumwasser. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Lijep vikend wellnes odmor. Ljubazno osoblje, uredno, dostupno. Bez bitnih zamjerki. Vracam se sigurno u skoroj buducnosti, voda u bazenu savrsena za kozu. Hrana ocekivano dobra. Srdacan pozdrav ljubaznom osoblju, lijepo vas je vidjeti nasmijane 😊

Sli smo za eno noc in ce nebi imeli otrok sabo bi verjetno spakirali sredi noci in sli spat v svojo posteljo domov. Hotel potreben prenove. V sobi se tus ne zapre do konca, klima v sobi zelo glasna, postelje trde in se cuti kje je ze prelezano saj kar pades not in je tezko spati. Hrana noben presezek. Osebje prijazno. Za to ceno skoda denarja. Kdor ga ceni za 4* se ni videl hotela na nivoju.

Loben kann man das Personal, überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.|Leider sind im ganzen Hotel Teppichböden verlegt, die schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind.|Die Rezeption wurde wirklich schön modernisiert, nur wenn es regnet, werden Eimer aufgestellt, weil es hereinregnet.|Der "Wellnessbereich" ist gelinde gesagt eine Frechheit, der auf den Fotos ersichtliche modernisierte und sehr schöne Bereich, ist nur gegen eine Aufzahlung von € 15,-- pro Person für 2 Stunden zu bezahlen.|Wir bestellten beim Abendessen einen Hauswein, der mit € 20,-- für 0,5 l berechnet wurde. Beim Gespräch mit dem Restaurantleiter konnten wir keine Einigung über den extrem überteuerten Wein erzielen, das sei "eben die Politik des Hauses". Was, die Gäste zu verärgern? |Unser Fazit: nie wieder!!
