We booked a night during an overnight trip to Ljubljana, and boy did we make the right decision. We were drawn by its proximity to the city center and were amazed by the staff and room/accommodations. We stayed in the grand suite and when I saw the room and views… I was ready to move in. I couldn’t get over the craftsmanship of the herringbone floors, closets and beautiful bathroom details. Stunning transitional modern design and yet simple, LIKE NEW and classic. Next, the front desk clerk was so wonderful and made sure or family was set up and comfortable. Once in the room, they sent up our baby’s crib and we were greeted by staff like we were family. They provided extras like a cart of milk for our baby (we were there on a Sunday and everything was closed), extra bottled water and warmed our hearts with how wonderful they were. Parking was full so we had to look for other parking, but they helped unload our bags and bring them up to the rooms. Location is superb and in close proximity to many shops and restaurants in the center. We will be back!!!

We stayed for nearly a week at this hotel. The hotel is right next to the vehicle free area on the centre of the town so there is easy access to places of interest and restaurants. The service quality at the hotel is up to the standard expected. The staff are friendly. The breakfast wasn’t quite extensive.

Localizado em Rua com trafego controlado em excelente ponto , permitido circular pela cidade e próximo ao ponto de encontro das operadora de turismo.|Portaria simpática e profissional, quarto silencioso com bom tamanho. Café da manha muito bom (continental 3). Com estacionamento.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich und gut. Die Lage ist super, da man praktisch schon in der Fußgängerzone ist und in wenigen Minuten am Fluss oder an der Bahn, die zur Burg hoch fährt. Man kann sowohl den Fitnessraum als auch den kleinen Pool kostenfrei benutzen. Der Fitnessraum war zu unserer Freude sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Crosstrainer, Laufband, Kurzhanteln, Römische Liege, Sprossenwand, Sandsack, Gymnastikbällen etc. Außerdem standen Handtücher und eine Dusche zur Verfügung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

A hotel to avoid. It was pouring rain and I ask our concierge if umbrellas were available. He then asked if I was a VIP? At these prices everyone should be a VIP! Upon returning from the days outings we find the biggest dust bunny I have ever seen blowing across the floor. With 2 TVs in the suite, only one really worked. It gets worse. They run out of food in the dining room and the rooms are freezing cold. In my 30 years of travel the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Top Hotel in bester Lage um Ljubljana zu erkunden. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer in der 9.Etage mit Blick auf die Burg und Massagesessel - einfach super!!! Das Personal war professionell und auch das Frühstück bietet für jeden Geschmack was! Sehr empfehlenswert!

The building and location are amazing . The room was lovely but clearly had been a smoking room so smelt of stale tobacco . We returned after an evening out at 10pm expecting that we could have a night cap but there is no bar, what used to be the bar is just a seating area and they don’t serve anything past 10pm even to residents . Breakfast is basic and described as free . Clearly it’s in the room rate but no option to order anything else and pay either .

L'hotel non potrebbe essere più centrale, si trova letteralmente adiacente all'inizio della ZTL che racchiude il centro storico.|Si tratta di una struttura veramente curata e che merita la sua categoria, con camere spaziose, luminose e, soprattutto, pulite. |Il materasso era abbastanza rigido ed il bagno fornito di bidet.|Camera fornita di accappatoio e ciabatte per l'accesso all'area wellness.|La colazione viene servita in un albergo adiacente della stessa catena, raggiungibile con un percorso interno. Si possono trovare numerosi prodotti dolci e salati tutti di buona qualità. In generale, comunque, si trovano più prodotti salati.|L'area wellness è molto carina con una piscina, una sauna ed una biosauna; il tutto è piuttosto piccolo e, tendenzialmente, si accede con prenotazione perché vi è una sorta di "numero chiuso". Senza prenotazione si accede solo se l'area non è "al completo" e questo non l'ho particolarmente gradito perché costringe ad una organizzazione a priori della giornata.|La struttura ha un garage interrato su tre livelli complessivamente piuttosto piccolo con spazi per parcheggiare abbastanza angusti; con un'auto dalle dimensioni generose può essere complicato riuscire a far manovra. Ho apprezzato il fatto che ci fosse il garage ma potrebbe essere gestito un po' meglio.|Complessivamente si tratta di un ottimo hotel nel quale soggiornerei nuovamente senza alcun dubbio. Personale veramente gentilissimo, ambiente pulito e con una posizione invidiabile. |Consigliatissimo!

From check in to check out and everything in between, the stay at this hotel was amazing. I’ll start with the staff since that is what you encounter first. The staff are kind, considerate and helpful. A true asset to the hotel! We arrived at a late time to the hotel after traveling for 24 hours. We got checked in quickly and efficiently and were in our room within 15 mins of arriving at the front desk. We also ended up catching a cold on the plane which necessitated a trip to the pharmacy the next day. The staff again came through in directing us to the only pharmacy open. Breakfast at the hotel was a really a pleasure. The spread is great with a good variety of choices. Again, friendly staff getting you whatever you need. The room was standard, but quite clean and comfortable. With the onset of the colds, we spent nearly half a day one day staying in and mostly in bed. The bed was supper comfortable even for the amount of time we spent in it. The bathroom had plenty of space and counter space on the vanity. The only negative was the shampoo, bath gel bottles. The pumps on them were somewhat less than functional. What really made this hotel a standout for me was the pool and sauna. I got nearly daily use out of them for my 4 night stay. The pool area is a nice space located on the top floor in the spa area. The spa area has lockers and showers. The pool was a perfect temp, warm enough to get right in but cool enough to feel refreshing. The spa has a Finnish sauna as well as an infrared sauna. The sauna was kept at the perfect temperature. WARNING FOR AMERICANS: Be sure to follow pool and spa rules. Shower before entering the pool. Shower before entering the sauna. No swimsuits in the sauna and there isn’t a separate male/female side. Lastly, location of this hotel couldn’t be better. It’s just a short 5 min walk to Prešeren Square which is the center of the old town. The only downside would be parking. It’s a bit of a bear if you have rented a car.

Terrible experience at Eurostars uHotel. I was moved to three different rooms due to serious issues: one smelled like sewage, another had a broken air conditioner during a heatwave, and the third still had a foul odor. Management was unavailable throughout my stay. Absolutely unacceptable for the price I paid. Do not recommend.

Probably the most famous and historic hotel in the city. Bill clinton and the queen both stayed here. Location is perfect for walking the city and so close to tons of restaurants. Very good included breakfast (no issues getting a table). They even had a gluten free section on the breakfast buffet. Lobby of hotel is nice and concierge was helpful. Staying at such an old hotel you get both the good and bad. The architecture is beautiful and the room was pretty well updated. With that said air conditioning could be better. Carpets really need to be replaced and the stains are an eyesore. Walls are scuffed and could be touched up. Pool is ok but kind of small.

We stayed in this hotel in late August as part of a trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.|This is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. It is less than 5minutes walk to the triple bridge and the riverside restaurants. Ljubljana is a very walkable city.|The hotel has an art deco feel and our room was huge with a large modern bathroom. Comfortable bed, fresh sheets daily and spotless housekeeping.|On arrival we were surprised with a bottle of wine and a large plate of fruit in our room. It was also my birthday during our stay and we were left a chocolate cake in the room.|All staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.|We had a memorable stay and could not fault this hotel.

Nice pool, good breakfast, excellent location, good wifi. As for the rest, disappointing, especially given that it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel. Our €200+ a night room had ineffective AC (external temp was 32 degrees), a squeaking bed frame, an old mattress, seasonally inappropriate bedding, and very low water pressure in the shower. We complained after the first night, and desk staff were polite and responsive. We were moved to a room where the AC actually worked, and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure still low, shower temp variable, and drainage poor. In summary - there are too many rooms in this hotel that simply aren’t worth the money.
