This was my second stay at this hotel. Again, it was to my total satisfaction. The main reason was the service - answering to any of my needs or requests by going the additional mile if need be. Maybe there is a need add elevator for the part of the building added a month ago (rooms # 23x) as elevators are the standard in North America, but I am not complaining - walking a flight of stairs several times a day was a nice workout :) One thing is kind of odd: no phone in the room. However, it is efficiently replaced by the iPad located in every room. The only issue with that is that I am an Android guy, and everything Apple is a kind of a 'tabula rasa' for me :D . No big deal though: when I needed a wake-up call at 3 AM, the bell boy was there at 2:59 AM and gently knocked on the door, with the same effect. To repeat, everything else was excellent - thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

Dear Practice, thank you for your nice review and especially for visiting us two times already. 🙌 Tablets in the room unfortunatelly don’t have all the features available at the moment, but we are working on it. Also, they are done on a special platform (not ios), but we are sure that next time you’ll already be a master of the tablet usage. Have a great day and we are waiting for your third visit. I Had a single occupancy room and it was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful, professional and all the meals very tasty. Breakfast is a must, take your time! Nice selection for veggies and vegans.

i think this was the worst service i had in my life. Vegetable in panini was rotten and bread was burned like it was warmed over and over again. I had to wait for recept for about half an hour and they still got it wrong. I wouldn came back. Above all it was expencive. I wouldnt mind giving that money but it wasnt worth it.

Very nice hotel, recently renovated, I liked the bathroom and shower especially. Also nice to see a buffet breakfast that caters for vegans somewhat - rice/oat milk for coffees and cereals, vegan pastries in addition to the usual breads and fruits. Umbrellas for guests, which were definitely needed. Staff generally friendly and helpful, although I did have to ask for the WiFi password, and apparently there is a fitness suite/area?? However nobody mentioned it. Bit of street noise on the side I stayed and a peculiar layout to get to my room, but other than that would be more than happy to stay again.

Zimmer ist ok, aber kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer und dafür dann nochmal 3,60€ an der Bar find ich nicht ok.

Pessima esperienza: prenoto dal loro sito una camera disponibile anche su Booking; il sito non funziona. Chiedo al telefono e mi confermano disponibilità e prezzo (216 euro), mi chiedono una mail di conferma che invio chiedendo a mia volta una conferma.|Dopo un giorno, e vari promemoria mail caduti nel vuoto, non vedendo conferma, ritelefono e mi dicono che non hanno mail, impossibile, non hanno prenotazioni, era confermata nella mail, e mi propongono una camera a 344 euro.|Addio

Prijazno osebje, zelo lepo skrbijo za čistočo hotela. Solidna izbira pri zajtrku, nadvse so mi bili všeč naravni sokovi, da ni vedno sok iz avtomata, kot je običajno v večjih hotelih. Veliko imajo tudi veganske ponudbe, kar se mi zdi super! Ob odhodu iz hotela sva dobila še darilo.

Tolle Design Hotel mit Stil. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Tolles Frühstück, vile besser als in den meisten 4* Hotels. Von frischen Omletts, Lachs, grosse Auswahl an Schinken, Wurst, Käse., sehr gute Kuchen, frisch Fruchtsäfte... Spitze. Die Aussicht aufs Meer mit Sonnenuntergang vom Zimmer aus einmalig. Koper ist allgemein ein Geheimtipp.|Einzig die Parksituation muss man kennen, am besten dem grossen Parkplatz am Ortsbegonn wählen

Vse je bilo dobro. Najboljše je bila tablica za vse informacije naročila njihove dejavnosti pa tudi tv klima.

The hotel room itself, apart from minor inconvenices such as defect sockets, was fine, and so was the breakfast. However, I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the service that was delivered to me. I asked the reception for a laundry service for one piece of clothing two days before the planned departure. Two days passed, it wasn't ready. It was promised to me that it would be sent to my next destination and the staff wholeheartedly apologized. Naturally, as you can imagine, this didn't happen either. I contacted the hotel via Instagram and had to give my email to be contacted further. It has been two weeks now and there's been no news as of yet. It's hard to fathom why this has even been made an issue and why the hotel ignores my questions, without offering to reimburse the costs of the clothing at the very least.

Your piece of clothing was really lost, but we found it a few days ago, and it will be sent to you at our expenses ASAP, of course. If our collegues hadn't contacted you yet, they will do it shortly. Haben hier 4Nächte verbracht. Schönes Hotel mit schönem Design. Hotel Restaurants sind auch sehr gut. Frühstücksbuffet ist auch gut. Viel Auswahl. Wird regelmässig nachgefüllt. Es gibt auch vegane Varianten und frische Säfte. Das einzige ist die Kaffeemaschine...der wäre von der italienischen Maschine neben an besser.
