Recently renovated hotel with spacious and modern rooms. Nice central location and seaside view. Suitable both for business and vacation purposes. So far I have spent nights here more than 10 times (business). Each and every time the experience was on the same excellent level. Staff is super kind and professional, they have valet parking, the restaurant (Capra) is excellent, especially for seafood, also their service is at a very high level. Breakfast is excellent as well.

Fantastisch hotel midden in de stad. Op loopafstand van de haven en "strand". We hadden een comfort tweepersoons kamer met zeezicht en die was ruim genoeg. De bedden waren voor ons te hard. De badkamer was mooi groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Al het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Bij het ontbijt ontbrak niets. Ook hebben we nog in hun pizzeria gegeten en dat was heerlijk.

Room was too small compared to the charges I paid for 150 EUR per night. The room didn't even have a table and a chair to put up a laptop. Even though the closet was good but the A/C was not working below 22 degrees and it barely worked.

Dear Mr. Mohammad Istriaque, we thank you for your opinion & for explanation. You were staying in a single room at the lowest fare we have in the selected period. The room has a small narrow table and a tabouret chair, however in case the guests need to work during their stay we strongly suggest to choose a comfort double or twin room or even a junior suite. In case a guests asks for a more comfortable chair we can also change the chair in the room in order to make you feel comfortable. We are very sorry you did not mention the issue to our kind staff during your stay and we would without hesitation try to help you. As the position of the building is such that we have direct sun, we suggest our guests to close the heavy curtains and do not open the windows during the day. The A/C works only with the windows closed due to the sustainability practices. Lovely greetings from GRAND team

Excellent hotel! We arrived at the hotel at 10 PM and the receptionist was very kind and accomodating. The room was stylish, clean and had a beautiful view. It also offers the best location in Koper. I would recommend trying the restaurant as it offers interesting dishes. My partner and I had such a pleasant time and cannot wait to return to Koper again!

I lost valuables in a restaurant. The staff didn't want to help. video surveillance…..I think they are protecting the criminal

Wir haben für eine Nacht halt gemacht im Grand Koper Hotel während unserer Motorradtour. Top Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, Essen und Zimmer top, Lage super (quasi mitten in der Altstadt). Sehr zu empfehlen.

Best service ever, the staff parks your car if you want parking at the hotel and brings your luggage to your room, which is very nice and super clean. Honestly friendly people. Good breakfast in a lovely room. Can recommend!!
