10 of us who held a summer school for marine science students in Koper, spent a week at the Grand Koper Hotel. We all really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great, breakfast very varied and delicious, but the most impressive part was the service. Miha Knafelc, the Bookings and Sales Manager, was exceptional. I booked and cancelled rooms and altered the number of nights for the 10 lecturers right up until we arrived and Miha was impressively efficient and organised and polite all the way through. Similarly, the reception staff were helpful and friendly at all times. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. It was superb

Das Personal ist besonders freundlich. Das Auto wird vom Personal geparkt und man kann sorgenfrei die Stadt erkunden. Essen top! Zimmer sind sehr schön und Aussicht traumhaft! Komme sehr gerne wieder mal

We only stayed for one night and the whole team was very accommodating! It was top notch service, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They catered to all our needs like late check out and they are dog friendly as well! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! (Also they are located perfectly)

Did not book because we wanted to see if we would like the hotel. We’re glad we did! Valentina gave us a very nice welcome and offered to show the rooms. Hotel is very nicely decorated, stylish and a bit funky. Throughout the hotel you’ll see nice little details. All staff is friendly, food and drinks are very good. The Location of the hotel couldn’t be any better. We definitely recommend a stay here when your visiting Koper.

The hotel is relatively new. I think they did a renovation. The service is great! They helped us charge the car and moved the luggage. The pizzas also taste great! Everyone is so friendly and nice!
