The room we had was spacious. Just wish we had a walk in shower. Location was fairly close to the old town. Just didn’t like having to walk past the large bus stop area.

Overall, a very nice hotel in a good location with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Arif at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. However, to be a true five star hotel at this price point I would expect there to be a pool and a sauna. Also, proactive maintenance on the gym equipment so it is operational would be good. Another minor service point......we requested some additional coffee creamer for the room but it never was delivered. Other points for potential improvement include in-room recycling points for a sustainable stay, making wash cloths available in the bathroom, adding a walk in shower, which would be more preferable than a very slippery (dangerous) bathtub with integral shower. Also, softer less abrasive bed linens and, finally, more sensitive light sensors that turn on lights more quickly when exiting the elevator. This hotel and its facilities are definitely 5 star. Unfortunately the service is only 4 star. The tables in the restaurant at breakfast are not cleared away promptly. The same in the bar. We had an issue with our room which was a two minute fix but took a reminder and 2 days. The room itself was very comfortable and definitely 5 star as were all the public spaces for fittings and cleanliness. It just needs a little bit of tighter management on the things that make 5 star service.

The hotel is located in the city center. It takes 5 minutes to walk to places in Ljubljana, parking is free for guests, the rooms are great, the staff are very professional, the hotel is very quiet, the food is delicious, we found the price of the hotel cheaper than some hotel booking sites

Ottima struttura 5 stelle nel centro di Lubiana,vicino Park Tivoli, dotata di garage al coperto. Abbiamo alloggiato solo una notte, con upgrade gratuito. Camera bellissima ,pulita e funzionale. Materasso con Topper e cuscini favolosi! Bagno molto grande , con doccia(abbastanza rara direi), vista spettacolare dal 16* piano. Macchina espresso in camera e bollitore che fanno sicuramente la differenza!Ascensori superveloci. Colazione ben fornita con varia scelta InterContinentale. Receptionist molto professionale e gentile. Probabilmente uno dei più belli hotel di Lubiana. Peccato non abbia spa o piscina. Sarebbe stato perfetto
