Hotel Galleria is a true gem - stylish, comfortable, cosy, welcoming. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Our room was spacious and with a view to the garden. The breakfast was rich and generous. Step out the door and you're in the heart of Old Town. The castle is a pleasant hike away. Numerous cafes and restaurants along the Ljubljanica River await. My wife and I were positively charmed by Hotel Galleria and would definitely stay again on our next trip to Ljubljana.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel, liebevoll eingerichtet mit sehr netten aufmerksamen Personal und gutem Frühstück und die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist super! :)

l'hôtel dans une vieille maison est réhabilité avec grand confort et goût, les hôtes sont justes parfaits, accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Le petit déjeuner est ni trop ni trop peu, un jardin est disponible pour relaxation

Consigliatissimo!!Accoglienza perfetta, il personale dell’hotel è molto cortese. Ci hanno raggiunto all’auto per aiutarci coi bagagli. L’hoteL è una struttura di piccole dimensioni, situato nella zona pedonale molto curato. c’è un parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze. L’hotel è stato ricavato da un edificio antico e gli spazi sono stati adattati ottimamente con stili diversi, eleganti. Non c’è ascensore, per noi non è stato un problema, ma bisogna tenerne conto. Camera doppia standard grande e pulizia perfetta. Letto e cuscini comodissimi. A disposizione bollitore, servo muto, cassaforte e frigobar.Bagno grande e comodo (c’è il bidet, per noi italiani importante). Colazione intercontinentale, varia e buona. A disposizione degli ospiti un bel giardino. Sono a disposizione degli ospiti anche alcuni ombrelli logati. Io ho trovato maltempo, e avevo dimenticato il mio, il servizio mi è stato utile, una piccola accortezza, che non avevo mai notato in altre strutture. Insomma un piccolo elegante è vero 4 stelle.

Hotel in pieno centro storico, senza parcheggio ma con una lunga strada con parcheggi gratuiti al weekend. Camera matrimoniale con balcone su giardinetto interno molto graziosa. Personale cortese. Uniche sue note il bagno piccolissimo e l’ascensore assente.

Have just come back from a 3 night stay in this lovely hotel. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice to eat and set in a lovely breakfast room. The location is also really good too and sights are within walking distance as are the restaurants. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you to everyone for making our time with you very enjoyable.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in the run up to Christmas. On arrival we were greeted warmly and given the key to our room. The room was very comfortable and quiet, even though it looked over the Main Street. Both the room and bathroom were on the smaller side, but represented good value for the money paid, and contained everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a free safety deposit box. The breakfast, taken downstairs in a charming old part of the hotel was excellent with a very good choice of different foods, including fruit, breads, cheeses and hams, and cooked items. The lounge area had a small bar, and was beautifully decorated. We would stay here again without hesitation and would highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a nice hotel close to all the amenities of this beautiful city.

Dieses Hotel ist einfach eine Wucht und hat uns sehr überrascht. Ziemlich zentral in der Altstadt von Ljubljana gelegen, kann man von hier aus perfekt die Stadt erkunden und durch die Gassen entlang schlendern. Das Hotel sieht es als oberste Priorität, dass der Gast sich so gut wie möglich aufgehoben fühlt. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen und weitere Fragen. Die Kommunikation war sehr offen und die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist sehr herzlich. Hier wird man als Gast wahrgenommen und auch sehr geschätzt. ||Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten waren ziemlich bequem, sodass man immer ausgeschlafen war. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und bot alles, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. ||Preis-Leistung ist einfach überragend ! ||Ich kann jedem dieses Hotel wärmstens ans Herz legen, da es meins im Sturm erobert hat. :)

Hotel piccolo ma eccezionale per posizione, comfort, qualità degli arredi e delle stanze. Si trova in pieno centro, zona silenziosa e tranquilla perché chiusa al traffico. A poche decine di metri c'è un parcheggio raggiungibile in auto, quindi anche comodo per i bagagli. La stanza che ho avuto io era molto spaziosa e confortevole, così anche il bagno che aveva sia doccia che vasca. Pulizia eccellente, e questo è un aspetto sul quale di solito tendo ad essere ipercritico. In più, bellissima vista sulla collina da un lato e sulla strada centrale dall'altro. Ottima anche la colazione, personale estremamente cortese. Il tutto ad un prezzo assolutamente competitivo.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The largely wonderful parts are conveyed not in the specific details of the hotel but in the atmosphere the staff and owners exude from the moment you walk in the door. ||We stayed there over the new year and the couple who own the hotel were “filling in” for their adult children who manage it while they were on holiday. They also let the staff leave early to be with their family on New Year’s Eve. They made sure each room got their own bottle of sparkling wine to ring in the new year. They also stayed in the salon the entire night and greeted all the guests as they came in with a toast 🥂, lovely conversation and the homemade (both the cookie and the jam made by the wife of the owner pair) cookies (see pic), which are put out daily and TO. DIE. FOR. They were also at breakfast the next morning, again greeting all the guests and making sure their needs were met. ||When you arrive, you also get a welcome drink. The breakfast is also quite the treat with many offerings, some of the baked goods of edict are homemade by the owner as well. ||The staff were friendly, professional and willing to help with anything. As the website states, this is a boutique hotel with only 16 rooms. It is a historical landmark as it use to be the quarters for soldiers and arms makers in Roman times. Therefore, they can only make so many modern day updates and there is no lift, stairs only. The staff will gladly take your bags upstairs. They’ll give you directions, recommendations, call you a taxi or just have nice conversations with you. ||Still, the historical nature of the building has not deterred the owners from adding most modern conveniences. The rooms have fast internet, cable tv, blow dryers, coffee/tea maker, a mini fridge with drinks and snacks and for storage of your own items, etc. They’re even currently updating many of the bathrooms. ||The hotel is located on a car-free street that is within walking distance to everything you’d want to see in Old Town and within walking distance to the bus stop or a taxi for everything you’d want to see outside of Old Town. ||The one item I’d like to request be added is a form template email confirmation of booking. I requested one via email and received it promptly so that was not an issue and in no way impacts my view of our stay and experience. I just think it’d be helpful when planning to remember what room you booked, the dates reserved and an estimated price. ||Were we to go back to Slovenia, I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

We recently spent 4 nights at The Galleria,a small boutique style hotel, on our first visit to Ljubljana.Check in was efficient and welcoming while our room,a suite,was spacious and comfortable.The location is excellent,with all the main sights and plenty of very good restaurants within walking distance.We really enjoyed our stay here thanks to the superb staff,comfortable room and great location.We hope to visit Ljubljana again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
