Tolles Hotel auf der Heimreise. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nähe zur Stadt auchbgut. In 35 Minuten ist man an der Drachenbrücke. Kann ich empfehlen.

The hotel staff was friendly and was always open to help. The overall breakfast experience was positive, however the variety of cheese and ham was not great. The bathroom cleanliness could be improved, as in the corners limescale was visible. However overall cleanliness and stay experience was good, especially in the light of the costs.

Využili jsme pro přespání na cestě ze Sofie do Švýcarska. Parkoviště hned u hotelu, skvělí a veselí recepční, kteří dobře poradili co se týká restaurací. Pokoj čistý, vyvětraný. Prostorná koupelna. Klidně bychom využili i na více dní, kdybychom měli čas.

I am very impressed by Mr Olmed who checked me in. He is friendly, kind, patient and understanding. He answered all my requests with great advice. He is diligent too. When I walked in, he was sweeping outside. He stopped right away to check me in. Very impressive customer service!

Nonostante avessimo prenotato con largo anticipo ci è stata data una stanza bunker nel seminterrato. Dovevamo fare attenzione ad utilizzare una presa perchè, quando si andava a togliere la spina dell'asciugacapelli, si staccava dal muro. Poca cura nel rifare la camera infatti ci è capitato di trovare il copriletto dimenticato a terra. Lo spazio dedicato alla colazione è molto piccolo per il numero di ospiti, infatti era problematico trovare un tavolo libero la mattina. Nonostante la gran parte di turisti Italiani nessuno del personale parlava Italiano. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Sicuramente si può trovare molto di meglio a quel prezzo. Brutta esperienza . Abbiamo infatti deciso di terminare prima la nostra vacanza.

Öncelikle Türkiye’den otele gidecekler ultra rahat edeceklerdir personelin büyük çoğunluğu Türk. Hepsinin de harikulade hizmeti, güler yüzü, çalışkanlığı bizi çok memnun etti. Kahvaltısı mükemmel çeşitler tam Türk usulü. Odalar çok temiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Hotel brez problema se najde. Parking pred hotelom in za hotelom. Rezervirala sva sobo v kleti. Soba prostorna z veliko stvarmi. Lepo in elegantno opremljeno. Celo likalnik in likalna miza. Kopalnica ima veliko tuš kabino. Kar potrebujete dobite pri recepciji.Čeprav je soba v kleti ima velika okna. Minus - zelo mehki jogiji (žal nama osebno neudobni) Zajtrk je standarden. Mogoče malo več izbire bi bilo lahko, vendar za hotel s tremi zvezdicami presenečeni. Osebje je prijazno, ustrezljivo.

Pleasant stay in this modern, new hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Location pretty close to the centre, in a quiet neighborhood, well connected with public transportation. All in all a very satisfying stay in charming Ljubljana.
